Experience with Jake was excellent, hi knowledge of the industry shows well, organized our trip flawlessly, as we had one of our travelers recovering from surgery, Jake ensured all was taken care of at airport to and from, with wheelchair and at resort.

Jake was a very patient professional throughout our planning process. We had two families traveling from two distant airports and he managed to get us all to PV Mexico on direct flights and arrive and depart on the same day. Not bad especially when one of the airports only has 2 gates! The resort Jake set us up at was perfect. The right size when traveling with a one and four year old. An easy walk around the resort and a short walk to lots of activities - The marina has a great market on Thursday evening if you are in the area it's worth a visit.
Jake seemed to instinctively know what our needs would be even though we didn't have a clue. I guess that's what a good experienced agent can do - make your holiday better than you dreamed of. Thanks Jake.

Great guy with a huge knowledge of the world, especially central Europe. We initially contacted Jake and Angelica in January 2021 for our November 2023 destination wedding, and stayed in regular contact with them for the entire 22 months leading up to our trip! They helped coordinate travel for us and 49 guests from Ontario, Alberta, B.C., and our photographer from Colorado. There were some challenges that popped up along the way (such as flights for those from out West increasing in price 2 months before the wedding and our photographer adding another person and an extra night within 2 months of leaving) which were resolved in a timely manner and without me needing to be the go-between! We have had Jake arrange a couple of trips for us and we have been more than pleased with his help. He came in very handy last year (2018) when I was injured on one of our trips and had to come home early. He re-arranged all the transportation home quickly and efficiently. I couldn't thank him enough.

The only good part about planning was the excitement about places that had become almost legendary in my mind. The rest of it was depressing. What if I get the hotel schedule wrong, or the insurance or the flights? This was about as inspiring as the prospect of cleaning out the Augean Stables. We needed an agent and we lucked out with Jake, and it was a great bonus to get to know this character personally. We had concocted an unrealistic agenda. Normally as subtle as a barrel of ale, Jake was able to convey this with gentle humour and infinite patience. My do-over was not much better, but he still managed to walk a logistical tightrope in plotting a timeline of flights, hotels and car rental. Somehow the hotels were always the right price/location combination. We also got strong support during the trip when I managed to loose our reservation document for the Reichstag dome tour. The replacement came almost instantaneously by phone, relieving worries about missing that highlight.
