From the time that I initiated a conversation with Leann via Facebook Messenger and through the last day of our trip, LeeAnn provided amazing communication and knowledge of the trip that she planned for us. I cannot say enough good things about all the pre-trip suggestions she shared with me and then she was available quickly if I had any questions or concerns prior to arriving/checking-in. She followed up with me after the trip and wanted to make sure that we had the best time. I appreciate LeeAnn taking the time to stay connected with me throughout the entire process and not being done after the transaction was processed.
