Having the opportunity to travel to Morocco was a bucket-list item in and of itself, but I never could have imagined just how memorable and special the trip would actually be. I am so glad that I gave the experience fully over Chris to plan because it was truly amazing from beginning to end. Our accomodations at La Mammounia felt like staying in a palace, and I'm not even exaggerating when I say that, because we actually passed the royal family in the lobby at one point. I'll never forget the beauty of the hotel grounds or the distinctly incredible smell of almonds and spices that lingered in the atmosphere. The times I did drag myself away from the hotel were equally as captivating. We toured the mercantile quarter of the city where we found ourselves surrounded by the most beautifully hand-crafted clothing, jewelry, rugs, furniture, and of course, lamps. Then there was the spice market: mountains upon mountains of every herb, spice, and flavor in the world, beyond anything your imagination could come up with. There were street performers and snake charmers, and I even got to sit down among the cobras for a photo op. Our excursion a couple of hours away to the Berber Mountain region was another rich experience. We had the honor of touring the home and business of a local family and bearing witness to their simple way of life, and thoroughly enjoyed learning about the generations-old traditions of their people. Morocco is a place I have wanted to visit for my entire life, and our trip truly went above and beyond my wildest dreams. I hope everyone gets to experience that kind of magical travel experience at least once in their lives. Many, many thanks to Chris for making that happen for me.

Christopher has an amazing capacity to listen and craft special travel experiences. His attention to detail is superb. Christopher's knowledge of properties was evident as we planned our visit to Triple Creek Ranch in Darby, MT. Christopher coordinated a conference call with the Ranch so we could discuss and query our available accomodations, guest activities and property ammenities. He facilitated a $100 guest credit to be used at our discretion. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a welcome gift and personal card from Christopher. We had a wonderful time and plan to visit again. Our cabin was lovely, the activities were fun and interactive with other guests. The cuisine was delicious. All in all a well curated experience. Recently came back from a truly seamless European river cruise and post cruise weekend in Munich. Christopher arranged a wonderful cruise aboard the AMA Magna, complete with special dinners and celebrations. After the cruise, a group of us continued on for a personal tour of Salzburg and Munich with highlights from The Sound of Music, Neuschwanstein Castle and a rousing Octoberfest evening. Chris put together a fantastic trip for us. He listened to what we wanted out of a trip and crafted an itinerary of a lifetime for us including a romantic post -cruise exciting trip to Salzburg with tons personal touches. One of the big highlights among so many was a Mozart Dinner Concert at the St Peter Monastery. Chris researched many options and fiund this gem that breaks the rule there is no good dinner theater. It was an unforgettable evening of great food and music. Chris really worked tirelessly to make sure all 18 of our group could join this very special event. Chris’s attention to detail shone through the whole tour but especially with our over the top VIP arrangements for Oktoberfest celebration. We enjoyed the party avoiding very long lines and getting lost in the crowds. John Denver’s song Take Me Home was never so much fun as singing it with 5,000 happy new friends! What makes Chris exceptional is his untiring dedication to making his clients happy and providing them with the trip of their dreams. We can not speak any more highly of our experience with him. Christopher put together an Eastern European cruise for an extended family vacation of 8, who were traveling on at least 5 separate itineraries. The trip was complicated, and I was the late addition to the journey. With ease and proficiency, Christopher helped me to snag the last available cabin. Christopher provided incredible service in helping us book and organize our trip. First, our third time cruising with Uniworld. This time cruising the Danube from Bucharest to Budapest and Uniworld didn't disappoint with their first class service, gourmet meals, and tours that are intimate and give you a cultural experience you won't forget. After our time on the Danube, our next stop was Barcelona where Christopher recommended another first class experience. Our stay at Hotel El Palace was first rate and their rooftop terrance provided a wonderful place to relax with a drink after a long day of walking to see all that Barcelona has to offer, especially La Sagrada Familia and other Gaudi sites. A private side trip into the mountains to Monterserrat and local vineyard added another adventure to the trip.

Christopher was very knowledgeable about European travel (Uniworld River Cruise on the Danube) , he gets to know his clients well and their desires and expectations. He was very helpful when our trip over to Europe was disrupted by delayed flights and managed changing our airport pick up time. He encouraged us to think about the type of tours we wanted during the second half of our trip (non-cruise part in Spain), and to book our tours early. This was a big advantage because some of our tours were unavailable when we were there because they were all booked for the week. He was also very good at helping us decide which hotel we wanted for the second half, particularly since he had personal experience in the city (Barcelona) we visited.

Christopher is a master of customer service. To say he cares about his clients is an understatement, he bends over backwards to help his clients a special time. CK Global provided us a wonderful stay at The Umstead Hotel in North Carolina. We got room upgrade, wine, chocolates and he even had a special surprise that made my girls go crazy with excitement. Plus the complimentary breakfast, it was wonderful.

Friendly and knowledgeable! Christopher was always willing to work with us. He was responsive and offered suggestions in areas we we're not knowledgeable. For example, I had selected a hotel which he reached out book. The hotel was not responding. He made another contact which turned out to be the InterContinental Bordeaux Le Grand which was excellent.
