Planning travel for groups has become one of the most rewarding parts of my career. I love helping people come together for a shared experience, whether that’s a retreat, a milestone event, or a professional program. My role is to take care of the details, understand each group’s priorities, and create a trip that feels effortless for everyone involved.

I plan and manage travel for a wide variety of groups, including:

• - MICE groups (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events)
• - Continuing education and professional programs
• - Affinity groups with shared interests or hobbies
• - Company retreats
• - Destination weddings and celebration groups
• - School and university programs

I have escorted groups to the US Virgin Islands, Ireland, Napa Valley, Key West, and other destinations. I also have extensive firsthand knowledge of major resort regions through dozens of site inspections throughout Cancun, Punta Cana, and similar destinations. This helps me match each group with the right destination, property, and overall experience.

My approach begins with learning about your group and its goals, preferences, and budget. From there, I offer tailored recommendations and help narrow the options. Once you’re ready to move forward, I handle the planning process from start to finish.
