Jennifer was great from start to finish. We decided with 3.5 weeks to the cruise and she was able to find us a cabin. She helped us throughout the journey. I would absolutely use her again. Overall, the cruise was a good experience and I would go on another one. I was slightly disappointed in what Bimini had to offer though, so I would choose something without that option. However, the overall experience was great.

Working with Jennifer was wonderful. She originally booked us a trip to Jamaica but when they got hit by the hurricane she quickly got our trip switched to another location. She was extremely helpful and responsive through every step of our trip. Jennifer provided helpful information regarding our resort prior to our trip, she checked in on us the day of our arrival and prior to our departure. She was very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend her services.

Jennifer was amazing to work with. She responded very fast to our emails and also gave optional communication options as well, which made the booking much easier! She worked diligently to find multiple options at multiple price points (after paying for a wedding this was important to us!) She also gave us lots of pre-trip information, tips, and a full guide explaining many aspects of our trip! I would highly recommend her to help you plan your next vacation!
