Great time in Punta Cana!

Caroline found us a very nice resort within our price range and arranged the airline so we had direct flights. I would definitely recommend Jones Journeys for your future travel arrangements. She matched our specific desires with the right resort and we had excellent service while we were in The Dominican Republic at The Riu Palace Bavaro. One night the entertainment was great and the other nights it was okay. The food was very good and location very nice!

Jones Journeys was amazing to work with! From our initial call to our post-trip follow up, Caroline was attentive, knowledgeable, and went out of her way to create the perfect trip for our family. We had a long and diverse list of "must haves" from a multigenerational group with dietary restrictions, different itineraries, and ideas of fun-- she really was came through for us. Her communication is clear and timely. We really appreciated all of her follow up and problem solving when our flights were delayed. I can't wait for us to work together again.

Everything was perfect! Rooms were In close proximity to everything at the resort. The beach was perfect! The people were so friendly and helpful! Caroline made everything as easy as pie! From the flights to the shuttles there and back! She checked on us and looked forward to seeing pics! We will use her again!

    FIRST CRUISE….WONDERFUL!! We ate like royalty, saw some shows, danced, karaoke, comedy club, sushi making class, excursions, swam, shopped & virtual train ride.
