We didn't know where to begin, or which airlines would be most cost effective, or which hotels to stay at. Melody asked us which cities we wanted to visit, when we were able to go and our price range. She kept us updated on her progress in making arrangements and gave us an opportunity to make any changes before final bookings. Arrangements were made very quickly as this was a last-minute trip. It couldn't have gone any smoother. She let us know what we needed to take and had a car pick us up at the airport. She arranged tours for us, tickets for the train, flights and hotels in different cities. I would highly recommend Melody Freeman to book any trip. She made the entire trip and process so simple. It was fabulous!
