Amazing family vacation

We had a wonderful trip to the Iberostart Paraiso Lindo. The resort was amazing and very family friendly. Kate was very helpful, both before and during the trip! She provided us with all of the information that we needed ahead of time and was able to answer all of the questions we had. She also checked in with us when we were there and answered additional questions we had while we were on the resort!

Katelyn was the absolute best from start to end of our vacation - we are glad to have her as our Travel Agent. While booking she provided us with multiple options even though we were super indecisive on a location and dates. Once we decided on a date, booking was a breeze and she answered all my questions I had about travelling to an all inclusive. She also provided information about finding our transportation from airport to hotel, visit tax & excursions. Once there, check in went flawless and we had a great vacation! Awesome Trip to Iberostar Origin Bella Vista, Vara

Katelyn was excellent in helping us plan our trip to Varadero Cuba. I called her inquiring on the resort and she did all the leg work for us. She helped us get the best Oceanview Room with a King Bed on the 9th floor so we had excellent views of the resort. We also had Star Prestige 16+ which gave us unlimited la carte reservations in the Miramar restaurant, located on the 11th floor, it's private bar, adults only pool and unlimited reservations to all the other la carte restaurants as well.
Katelyn made us aware of all the information we needed to have in advance like the entry form into Cuba and proof of medical insurance.
I highly recommend Katelyn for all your travel needs.
