Cruising in Western Caribbean

Tia went above and beyond for our family. Our trip was complicated with a lot of moving parts… different travel dates for different people on the trip, handicap needs, staying multiple locations and Tia handled it all with ease, professionalism, attention to detail, and let nothing fall through the cracks. Even while we were on our trip and learned that the Airbnb we chose for our next stop did not have elevator access (It was NOT specified on the listing). We continued to enjoy our time at Disney while Tia got to work, not only to find a new location but also to negotiate a refund on our behalf. That one event could have caused me to miss time with my family and have to deal with negotiating a refund and finding a new place instead of riding rides and seeing shows with my kids at Disney, but because Tia was on top of it, she took care of everything and allowed me to just enjoy the vacation. I will never plan a trip without Tia again. She made it so simple and so easy and was available to me every minute from the start of planning to long after we returned home!

If was my first cruise and she made sure I enjoyed as much of the ship’s activities as I possibly could.

Tia is amazing! She has helped me organize multiple cruises that encompassed different people with a variety of needs. She's truly made us feel like we were her top priority no matter how crazy the request. We will continue using her for all our travel needs. Thank you, Tia! ??

This was my 3rd trip booked with Tia. She’s an absolute delight and goes above and beyond for her clients. We’ve traveled to Disney/Universal twice now and a Vegas trip that were all booked by Tia. I’m planning on using her for another Disney trip Christmas of 2025. I won’t go through anyone else!
