I contacted Leslie VERY last minute regarding a Disney resort in Hilton Head. I was already in the area but wanted to try to squeeze in a short visit to this resort. Within hours of my request, she had me booked and ready to go. Being a busy, working mom, knowing all the details were handled for me was truly priceless.
