Dawn is awesome. So attentive and did an amazing job on planning our trip. She pays attention to all of the details and knew exactly the best things to do and the right things to avoid. Not if, but when, we go on our next out of country trip Dawn and Epic Travels will be the one who puts it all together again. Cannot recommend anyone else but her!

Dawn has been fabulous planning a family trip to Ireland. I couldn't have done this myself with the discounted pricing, private transfers and awesome small group tours. She gets discounts over and above what you see online. I highly recommend reaching out to Dawn for your next vacation!

I’m a big traveler and have gone to dozens of countries. I’ve historically planned trips myself and recently had Dawn with Epic Travels plan a trip to Europe for me. It was a lot easier than doing it myself. Now Dawn is always on the lookout for unique trips and good deals. Looking forward to the next one.

We had the best experience working with Dawn from Epic Travels! Planning a trip with kids can feel overwhelming, but she made the entire process so easy and stress-free. She really listened to what we wanted and recommended the perfect kid-friendly inclusive resort for our family. Everything was thoughtfully planned from the accommodations to activities. Our kids had an absolute blast, and we were actually able to relax and enjoy ourselves too! Dawn was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making our trip special. We’re so grateful for her help and will definitely be using her again for future vacations. Highly recommend!

We can’t thank Dawn enough for helping us navigate our latest trip. We live in Media, PA and we were looking for an all-inclusive vacation with golf but didn't know where to start. Dawn’s attention to detail is incredible—she already had our family’s preferences, birthdays, and even our frequent flier numbers on file, which made the booking process smooth. She narrowed down a massive list of resorts to the top three that were perfect for our growing family. Highly recommend Dawn Bloomingdale-Krause and Epic Travels!

Our Italy trip was incredible! The planning process was smooth, with Dawn using our interests and goals along with her personal insight to map out the best trip for us. Dawn managed to pack in stays, trips, and tours throughout several regions of Italy without it being overwhelming! The hotels, tours, guides, drivers, and everything in between were all great and so accommodating. Having everything all in one place in the provided trip app was so beneficial. We were able to easily refer to it throughout the trip to access all our important documents, plans, train tickets, and more. It was such a valuable feature! Thank you, Dawn, for making this trip a reality for the Harold Family. We already know we'll be using Epic Travels for our future trips...Scotland next!

We had and amazing time. Our travel agent Dawn was absolutely amazing. We had an easy time moving around the two islands everything was beautiful, the people were wonderful, so happy we went. Thank you so much Dawn

We went to Dawn asking her help booking a cruise for multiple families, we ended up having 40 people. The cruise line canceled our sailing and she had to scramble to find us another cruise for same time period, ultimately rebooking 40+ people! She didn’t hesitate to answer any and all of our questions, got it done, booked excursions (found us a great beach day in Cozumel), handled issues even after we were onboard! I would ?? recommend Dawn and Epic Travels

Dawn booked my transportation to and from the airport in Punta Cana. She was very responsive and communicated the entire time. I would use this company again. Highly recommend.

Dawn is very kind and loves planning travel and it shows. She is extremely knowledgeable and has helped us plan a few trips. I recommend her to everyone I know, knowing that she will take very good care of them. Dawn doesn’t stop working for you once the trip is paid but continues to watch for updates, price reductions and unforeseen events before and during your trip. I highly recommend Epic Travel for all your travel needs.

If you've been following my recent posts about our journey through Italy, I have to give credit where it's due: our Travel Agent, Dawn Bloomingdale, Owner of Epic Travel, made it all possible. I've known Dawn for several years, initially through my work as an agent for her Dad's band. Over time, Dawn and I became friends bonded by our shared admiration for Billy Joel. Dawn's travel expertise shone through every recommendation she made for our trip. We owe her a huge thanks for orchestrating the entire experience while allowing us to simply enjoy the adventure. For anyone seeking a remarkable, knowledgeable, and personable travel agent, I wholeheartedly endorse Dawn. Thank you, Dawn, for creating a once-in-a-lifetime journey that we'll always treasure! Dawn planned our trip to Sedona and it was fantastic! This was our first time using a travel agent. Dawn’s experience and knowledge of the area, our lodging and with the handling of all of the travel arrangements made this trip very easy for us. I will use her again for our next trip and would definitely recommend her to anyone planning a trip, no matter how large or small.

Just wanted to say thank you to Dawn at Epic Travels for helping to make my family’s trip to Europe a huge success. Dawn was extremely knowledgeable and quickly responsive to the numerous text messages, emails and phone calls that we had regarding the details of the trip prior to embarking on our journey. She expertly arranged hotel reservations, private daily excursions with english speaking tour guides and clean, punctual ground transportation between various locations of our two week trip. Dawn also sent us updates about last minute gate changes for our flights and even fielded questions from us during our trip. Without question, I would recommend Dawn and Epic Travels for your next family vacation. Thank you Dawn for all that you did for us. I am sure handling the communications from my siblings and myself and helping each of us plan various highlights of our trip made putting our package together a little more challenging than your average vacation package. Your expert knowledge, professionalism and patience made the trip a memorable success for all seven travelers.

Dawn is an excellent travel agent. She is a wealth of information wherever you are going. Just got back from Boston, had a great time! You can travel in comfort if Dawn has made the reservations for you, knowing every detail is taken care of.

Dawn is a wonderful travel agent. She had a lot of information about our recent trip to Ireland. Her hotel recommendations were perfect. Very detail oriented. Just got back from Ireland , we had a great time! Recommended tours were on point. You can trust dawn when planning your next vacation.

Just returned from a fabulous trip to Greece with 8 people! Dawn planned everything and had it all on an app that showed the details for each day, from flights for 8 people coming from different places in the country on different days, to ground transportation, hotels and day tours, along with highlights of each place we visited! It was such a great thing to have, everything right at our fingertips, at all times. The hotels she found for us were excellent and the cruise was great! Every detail was handled so we didn't have anything to worry about at all. I am very detailed and spend time researching myself but Epic Travels is such a great service to have and keep complicated trips organized easily! I highly recommend them!

From start to finish the team at Epic Travel made even planning the cruise a vacation. Dawn went above and beyond booking this trip for My parents so they could enjoy their 58-wedding anniversary, all the while planning her own wedding! She had her hands full and never missed a beat! A true professional and personal experience that only a true American original could offer. Dawn you are one of a kind, thank you again! We will book again, and again and again!!!!! D and A

I came to dawn looking to book a Disney world vacation. And boy did my daughter and I get that. The vacation was everything we could ever dream of. The attention to detail was amazing. From all our character dining to our resort accommodations everything was perfectly planned to our park reservations . I can't thank dawn enough for everything she did to make this the most magical vacation for my daughter and myself.

Dawn helped plan our trip to Rome and it was the perfect trip for us. We traveled to visit our son who was doing a semester in Rome. We had our young teenage daughter with us. Dawn helped us with our lodging, flights and tours. We saw all of the major sites and even a few off the beaten path. THANKS Dawn!
