Melissa did an incredible job planning our trip to Puerto Rico! She found us great flights and a beautiful Vrbo that accommodated all 5 people in our group. She made sure our Vrbo was centrally located to the things our group wanted to do such as bars, clubs, restaurants and beaches. I travel frequently with large groups and I had never booked a trip through a travel agent before but it was by far the smoothest vacation planning experience Ive ever had.

Trip ends before it starts!!

Due to a derailment on the track we were to travel on, our Amtrak trip was cancelled. Melissa, who had landed in Denver before continuing on to pick me (her grandmother) up, received word that our trip had been cancelled. She quickly went into action notifying her Aunt, who was also going on this trip, and myself about the cancellation. She was able to arrange for all costs to be refunded and stated we’d give it another try later in the year. She kept an upbeat attitude through it all, even during her experience of trying to turn around and head back home to Pendleton, OR on the spur of the moment. It was quite chaotic!! We are back in the planning stages of trying again this fall. She is a go-getter with a unique sense of humor.
