I reached out to Kim to plan two family vacations on very short notice. She was patient and informative and checked in frequently during the planning process. Kim did a wonderful job keeping up with many changes in our room needs for our daughter’s wedding. It was nice to not have to worry about anything regarding our stay in Tampa!
