We had contacted Carol in September, 2019, to arrange a trip to Australia in January, 2020. Carol knew Australia well, and put together a two week tour to 3 different areas, and also booked our flights and trip insurance. Unfortunately, we had to cancel the trip a week prior to our departure date, due to the wildfires ravaging the country. It was unclear that we would be able to recoup our costs, as neither the tour company nor the airlines were actually canceling or altering their plans, and it was also unclear whether the insurance company would consider the fires a valid reason for cancellation. Carol worked tirelessly as our advocate with the insurance company and all of the vendors, and was singularly responsible for our recovering all of our costs. We can't thank her enough. I hope that we get a chance to work with Carol again in the future, and would highly recommend her.

She took the time to truly understand my wife and me, creating cruise and honeymoon options that perfectly matched our personalities and interests. Her recommendations showcased years of experience and deep expertise, and her guidance made every step effortless. Carol helped us review several options for our honeymoon, including comparing different cruise lines. Knowing that I had cruised before, and did not enjoy my last experience, she took the time to listen to what I had not enjoyed and made sure that her recommendation would take care of those problems. The week before we left, she spent time on the weekend helping us answer some last-minute questions. Also, my father sadly passed away during the cruise, and she answered my call right away and helped with researching our options for getting home early. We had an absolutely amazing time! We traveled on the Celebrity Xcel, and if I could give 10 stars I would. The food, entertainment, service, amenities, and the ship itself were absolutely top-notch. The boarding and deboarding process went very smoothly, our state room was clean and comfortable (we had a balcony suite), and our room attendant was on top of everything. Every restaurant had delicious selections. There wasn’t a single meal we didn’t enjoy. The entertainment was fun and fresh, the caliber I would expect to see in Vegas, not on a cruise ship. The spa and thermal suite were wonderful. We also went on an excursion at each of our ports, and we really enjoyed those experiences as well. I highly recommend Carol if you are doing any kind of cruise or vacation. She knows her stuff and truly cares about her clients.

We are cruising to Hawaii in late January and made sure to call Carol because she has made travel so easy for us on three prior cruises.

Our trip to Japan was absolutely incredible and incredibly thought out due to our travel agent, Carol! Carol was our anchor, rock, and confidant in everything leading up to the trip! I have horrible anxiety and planning is not my forte but Carol was able to listen my concerns and wants for the trip and was able to enact suggestions and advice on how to further the experience of trip! Her experience in creating trips for people really shown through in the actions she displayed for us! She made sure that every financial decision was throughly thought through and checked in to make sure we felt comfortable in making those purchases! She was available through emails, calls, and texts and made sure we knew that we could reach out to her at anytime!
