Randy held my hand through almost every step of the way and was very understanding as this was my first time traveling overseas or using a travel agent. She hand picked each and every hotel and location and the attention to detail did not disappoint. We stayed in some of the most of luxurious hotels of my life without going over budget that were right in the heart of the action with perfect locations. When we noticed an error in our itinerary, it was fixed within 24 hours. Everything flowed smoothly for our trip and it was so nice knowing our needs were being handled should something go wrong while we there. We will definitely be using Randy for our next trip.

I first "found" Randy in 2004. This was my first every travel agent used and as you see also my last. Randy has provide me with great support since my honeymoon to Hawaii in 2005 to the most recent Las Vegas Birthday get away I planned for my mother. This review is a little late...We weere referred to randy by a family friend. Randy is awesome!!! We had Randy schedule a family trip to Hawaii for us and I have to say it was the smoothest, easiest transaction. I am a stickler on details as I do a lot of travelling and book the short trips on my own. Randy was in constant communication and such a nice person. I will definitely refer her to others as well as use her services again on our next family excursion.

Randy is the absolute best! I had a last minute trip for two with no set destination. She was like a chef that could turn simple ingredients into the most exquisite dish to touch your palette. Like simple ingredients I had a timeframe, budget, and a temperature and like a chef she cooked up a perfect last minute getaway.
