We just took our 1st cruise, and Heather was very helpful in explaining our options and things that she would recommend. She was always willing to answer my questions, giving us information about things to do and not to do on the ship which helped relieve our anxiety for our 1st cruise. 1st time Cruising!!

We had no idea what we were doing in planning our 1st cruise. Heather was very helpful at explaining what options were available and walking us through the whole process. She gave us information on what items we could buy to help keep our cabin organized and different things that would make the cruise less stressful. She was very helpful when there was a hiccup with our internet/streaming on the ship. I would recommend Heather to family and friends!!
