Palace Resort

I highly recommend Nicole as a travel agent. She is incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Her attention to detail and expertise really set her apart. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic travel agent.

Nicole is your GO TO Carnival expert. We had the best trip because of her! Can't wait to plan another trip!

Nicole found us a perfect resort! Helpful in booking it and also the ride from airport!

Nicole helped me book a 7-night Carnival cruise. It's not my first cruise, but it was my 8 year olds first and he had the time of his life! I would absolutely reach out to Nicole when we're ready to book our next cruise!

Nicole was amazing ??she made our trip easy and smooth sailing. Cannot wait to work with her again on our next vacation! Thank you going going above and beyond and making my birthday vacation one I’ll never forget ??

I recently had the pleasure of working with Nicole Knudsen from FlyDriveSailTravel, and I couldn't be more impressed! ??? They helped me plan a dream cruise vacation for my husband's retirement, and it exceeded all my expectations. I was a bit hesitant at first, having never been on a cruise before, but Nicole's patience and expertise put me at ease. She walked me through every step, explaining what to expect and highlighting the best activities and experiences on board. The cruise was absolutely perfect, and my husband was thrilled. I'm so grateful to Nicole for making it a special celebration for him. I'd highly recommend FlyDriveSailTravel to anyone looking for a stress-free vacation experience. Thank you, Nicole, for making it a memorable one! ?? Looking forward to planning my next adventure with you

Overall I would say 9 of 10. I would have liked a suite but it is not needed. State rooms had a nice balcony. Ship was well maintained and the crew was friendly. You don’t need to buy anything on the ship but there are plenty of opportunities. Great shows and food was good.

Nicole was fantastic, she answered all of my questions, very patient with me and responded back to my questions quickly. She sent use a travel packet that was helpful. YES! I will use Nicole Knudsen again!

Nicole was amazing in every way! She had input into every detail and provided suggestions to help and benefit my trip. No question went unanswered and she was always available to discuss any issues, concerns, or questions I may have had. She was very thorough and knowledgeable and in my opinion, left no stone unturned. I would definitely work with her again in the future.

Nicole was amazing to set up my trip with my kids for Christmas. Look forward to booking many more vacations.

Working with Nicole from the beginning to the end, she was very attentive. If I had any questions regarding our trip, she replied right away. She made it such an easy process.

Nicole set us up on our first cruise, had herself open to my many questions, navigated us to what to pack, and what to do. She even sent fresh chocolate covered strawberries to our room. That were delicious.

Nicole helped get all our information we needed. She was very patient when I had questions. This was our first family trip and she helped take the stress of planning it away

Thank you Nicole for finding a way to make this vacation possible. I appreciate you customer service and your amazing communication.

Nicole made it easy to get everything scheduled for our trip to Italy snd Greece. Very efficient and a pleasure to work with!
