Ann has beeb invaluable throughout the entire booking process. She just recently booked our 4th cruise with Scenic and got us everything we wanted. There are so many details and she takes care of all of them. She's prompt and usually responds on the same day, which is REMARKABLE given we're on opposite coasts (time zones). And, she's super nice too!

Ann was great. I reached out only months before our planned travel. She was still able to get our Globus tour set up, communicated all the needed details and managed the payments with me. We've had help from Ann on two trips and there will likely be more. The first one was a few years ago -- a somewhat complicated arrangement involving some separate plans for our college-aged daughter and a portion of the trip for three of us (parents and daughter) -- some of it on our own in multiple locations in Australia and then finishing with a cruise around New Zealand over the Christmas holiday. Ann was very accommodating in supplying information on a variety of options (hotels, transportation, sightseeing, schedule, cruiseline...), patient with our deliberations, requests for numerous details, changes in plans... And when we returned, she managed to get us a refund on a baggage overcharge by an airline mid-stream in our trip. Our second trip is to Russia this summer -- a river cruise, including a pre-package in Moscow and a post-package in Helsinki, Finland. At our request, Anne provided a wealth of information about options meeting very specific requirements time-wise and comfort-wise, and helped us design the best trip for us. She "fixed" an awkward return airline itinerary originally assigned by the cruise company. Her advice on trip insurance and visa application was very helpful. In addition to her expertise and responsiveness, she is simply a delight to work with and obviously enjoys her work.

For my Honeymoon, Ann steered us toward amazing locations (A light house in Northern Norway) and she tirelessly advised us about the preparation and implementation of our honeymoon.com site. Furthermore, she has planned trips that more than accommodate the needs of older persons as well as my own interests which tend toward adventure travel. I will continue to consult with Ann about all of my future trips because she has added so much to the travel experiences of my family.
