Disney Cruise to the Bahamas Group of Twelve

We had an amazing time on our recent Disney Cruise to the Bahamas! The experience was truly magical for our group of 12 friends and family, and we owe much of that to Lori, our travel agent. With Lori’s guidance, we felt confident every step of the way, from selecting the right staterooms to planning our onboard activities. Awesome Florida Adventure

Lori was amazing! She recommended several resorts based on size, location, and transportation. She also recommended places to eat in Disney Springs as well as the parks.
We stayed at Port Orleans French Quarter. We loved the resort because it was small and easy to get around and close to everything. (Pool, food court, bus stop). We also loved the ambiance.
The bus service was fantastic. We never waited more than 5 minutes whether coming from or going to the parks.
Lastly I reached out yo Lori several times with questions and she responded immediately and even checked on us during hurricane Helene.

Lori is the absolute best travel agent. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner, and she was there for us through the very end of our trip. Lori was incredibly helpful in planning our Disney / Universal Studios vacation. It became apparent early on in our trip planning that there was so much I didn’t know when planning a trip to Disney/Universal and knew I needed help from an expert. That is when a friend referred me to Lori. I knew Lori from our community already as she is active at the YMCA as well as charitable events but this was the first time I had worked with her professionally.
Lori took all my anxieties away! She asked us all the right questions in terms of what we were looking for in a family trip and made excellent recommendations of where to stay, where to eat, and what to see. I highly recommend her for your trip planning! She took all the load off of us and made sure everything went smoothly. All we had to do was pack and go! Lots of unexpected changes due to the ship and weather. Every excursion got canceled. Change one of our stops canceled another. And the hotel did not air the Super Bowl in ENGLISH. Just to name a few

A wonderful experience

I was never worried that offers were not automatically applied to my reservation! Lori was always on top of it and would email and text when important deadlines were coming up! Lori also answered so many questions my boyfriend and I both had (and I mean a lot) with a great attitude and plenty of great resources and input!

Just got back from Jamaica, and I have to give a HUGE shoutout to our amazing travel agent, Lori!
She made this trip absolutely effortless from start to finish. From helping us narrow down resort options to handling all the bookings, Lori took care of everything—and I mean everything.
She even surprised us with a romantic candlelight dinner on the beach—such a thoughtful touch that made our trip extra special.
But what really blew me away was her travel expertise. She gave us insider tips for the resort, app recommendations that made getting through customs a breeze and was available to answer questions through the entire process -- even while we were on the trip!

Flawless family vacation!

Lori helped us plan a wonderful Disney vacation that went off without a hitch. The resort was great! She even got us connecting rooms so we could be close to our grandkids! With Lori’s expertise we successfully navigated obtaining lightening passes for rides. Magic bands for easy pay, and easy entry. And a great recommendation to get the Disney photo pass to capture all the memories! She also kept in contact with us all the way through planning, pre trip call, and checked in with us during the trip! I can’t speak highly enough of Lori and her knowledge of the Disney system! Would definitely use her again to plan another vacation!
