Emily understood where we wanted to go, booked hotel stays and allowed enough time to see some landmarks on our list.

We were all very pleased with our trip to NYC and your help in making it happen. The flight was great and timely and the hotel very well located for our activities. We chose the hotel, of course, but just for your other customers to know, the hotel lobby is sensational and dining room very nice with a good selection of food. Staff were very helpful too. The rooms were clean and comfortable, no view, and nothing fancy, standard. I especially appreciate your flexibility in dealing with each of the group members requests and changes during the planning process. You were great.
