Great Family Cruise

Our family of 10 cruised from New York to the Bahamas on the MSC Meraviglia in 2025. Jenna booked 3 rooms as a group and was outstanding in handling the details of our cruise from start to finish. What was exceptional was that Jenna had never worked with MSC Cruises yet she researched every detail to learn as much as she could about this cruise line to help us with our adventure. She researched every port of call and even provided the cruise terminal in which our ship would dock. Then she provided information about each port and recommended some excursions. We asked about beaches at each port and she provided maps with directions to beaches from the terminal. She was in frequent contact via phone and email and was never put out to answer our calls/questions, even when she was out and about or in the car. She made sure we all had the proper documentation for the trip and monitored our online check in process to make sure there were no complications. I did have a problem with my MSC Voya
