Exceptional Service & Unforgettable Memories
Reviewed By Jahan627 - Yuma, AZ | Traveled to Caribbean
Michel was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She took care of every last detail, making our entire vacation completely stress-free. From coordinating our travel and excursions (planes, ship, catamaran, cars, zip lines, even airboats!) to ensuring everything went smoothly with our meals, drinks, and every part of our itinerary, she truly thought of everything.
What impressed me most was that she didn't just book our trip and disappear-she checked in with me multiple times before our trip to make sure I understood all the travel details and made sure we made it to our destination smoothly. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference.
Traveling with children can be a lot to coordinate, but Michel made the entire experience effortless and helped create unforgettable memories that our family will cherish forever.
I highly recommend Michel to anyone looking for a travel agent who goes above and beyond. I am incredibly grateful for everything she did and so thankful to have had her as our agent. I can't wait to book our next adventure with her!

This was a big deal!
Reviewed By Jared and Kelly - Chandler AZ | Traveled to Puerto Vallarta | Jalisco | Mexico
We travel a lot and this trip to Pureta Vallarta was one of the smoothest ran trips we have ever been on and it happened to also be with the largest group at 27 people… not an easy task.
Well planned and well executed and just so fun.
The mountain of work that you saved us with transfers, flights, rooms, dinners, excursions and the intricate details for the event was a godsend.
We can’t thank you enough for making Kelly’s parents 50th Anniversary so magical.
Thank you!
