Fantastic Disney Trip!

After not being to Disney World since I was a teenager over 25 years ago, I had been dying to take my young children there to experience the magic! I was very overwhelmed by how much had changed but Robin made things easy for me. Leading up to my trip, she sent out quick e-mails that provided tons of helpful tips and tricks which took away a lot of the stress. The trip went better than I could have possibly imagined and I am already counting down till when we can use Robin again for another trip!

My best friend had her destination wedding in December of 2021, and I reached out to Robin to help me and another friend with our travel arrangements. Covid-19 threw a few wrenches in the wedding plans, and Robin not only took the changes all in stride, but was able to quickly and seamlessly transfer our reservations from a Caribbean cruise to an all-inclusive resort in Jamaica, getting us a great deal. She went above and beyond, arranging for our room to be close to the bride's without our reservations being made together or us requesting it, and smoothed out any concerns we or the bride had. I highly recommend Robin to anyone and everyone planning any kind of vacation!

50th Wedding Anniversary Trip of a Lifetime

Miss Robin is a professional - she walked us through our 50th Wedding Anniversary Trip on DCL for June 2020; obviously that didn't happen, but what she did do is make certain we understood the credit policies of DCL, Delta, and all the other moving parts, transportation, lodging, and worked diligently with the vendors to insure we received our credits. We have now booked the trip with her for July 2021, and she has continued to reflect the professionalism we have come to expect in preparing for this "once in a lifetime" trip; she truly brings all the moving parts together, ties it with a bow, and "Makes Memories"! We would book all our cruises with Miss Robin!
