Vacations aren't just trips. They're also vessels for creating amazing family memories that will be cherished for a lifetime. So that is why I work extremely hard at tailoring getaways to each of my client's specific wishes-and-wants list and also by including special touches.

For example, if a client is heading to Disney, I have been known to offer them custom-made Mickey ears that I've crafted myself or a small backpack for the little ones with items to keep them entertained on their journey to the happiest place on earth. 

I approach group travel in a similar fashion. While working with a group, I will start by booking all of the necessary components, including flights, pre-hotel stays and special dining needs. I will also provide them with tips that pertain to their trip from information I have learned through my own experiences, research and seminars. But then I will also go in and try to customize the getaway by helping each individual select excursions that appeal specifically to them. 

As a travel agent, I am known for my attention to detail. Listening is also important when booking a trip. So I have learned to listen more and to talk less when working with my clients. I will also recap what I have heard and then go over the details to ensure that I've understood what my clients are looking for out of their vacations.

Although, I have already achieved Travel Specialist status, I am always working towards other certifications.  The following are just a few of the ones I am currently working on or have already earned:

I also attend seminars on a regular basis for these and other major vendors so that I can stay informed about all of the new things that they are offering. In addition, I have established an excellent rapport with my fellow agents and more than 300 preferred suppliers, which helps me to find special deals that you may not be able to find on your own. 

Most importantly, I am available to you Monday through Sunday, day or night. I understand that my clients have busy schedules and so they aren't always available to discuss their travel plans during regular working hours. I will also provide you with my cell phone number, so in the event of an emergency, you can reach me 24/7.
