?? From Love Boat Dreams to Real Estate & Travel Expert ??

When I was 12, I wanted to be "Julie, the Love Boat Cruise Director"— but in upstate NY (Watertown), the only “cruise” option was exploring the 1000 Islands on the St. Lawrence River. Later, I tried for a flight attendant position with Piedmont Airlines (now American), but it wasn’t in God's plan (or timing).

Alongside raising my family, I spent years in publishing as a typographer and layout specialist, honing an eye for detail and structure. Those same skills: organization, focus, and communication, became the foundation for my real estate career, which I began in 2003.

Along the way, I discovered a love of new construction and in 2003 earned my broker’s license. By 2008, when the market shifted, I opened Real Estate Central and have worked independently ever since — serving clients through referrals, family, friends, and neighbors.

??Discovering Travel ??

In 2022, while planning a Disney trip for my grown kids, I stumbled upon a travel career at AAA — just two miles from home! I jumped in, received incredible training, and two years later launched my own agency to give clients freedom to travel their way.

?? Hawaii Adventures ??

In December 2024, we spent an unforgettable week for my 60th B-day on Oahu — and did it all! Even brought my then 85 year old mom!

Breweries and the local favorite huli huli chicken BBQ — delicious and unforgettable! We left no stone unturned, and Oahu proved to be the perfect mix of adventure, culture, and food. Hawaii is a destination I’ll recommend to anyone — it truly has something for everyone.

??? Exploring the USA ???

I love helping travelers discover the beauty of America. From the Big 5 in Utah, Yellowstone and Tetons, to the Badlands and Mt. Rushmore, there’s so much to see right here at home. And yes 

Soon we’re heading to Maine — starting in Portland, stopping at the iconic L.L. Bean flagship store in Freeport, and ending in Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park. I can’t wait to add the coast of New England to my travel toolkit.

?? Beach, Mountains & Beyond ??

I’m a beach girl at heart, having traded frigid NY winters for southern sunshine. I love planning trips to the Caribbean, Gulf, and East Coast beaches. My husband is a craft brewer, so we also seek out breweries (EVERYWHERE), vineyards, and wineries wherever we go — like our anniversary trip through Napa, Sonoma, and Bodega Bay, California. We’ve enjoyed all-inclusive resorts in Jamaica, Majestic Elegance in Punta Cana, Secrets Cap Cana, and Paradisus La Perla in Playa del Carmen, plus cruises to the Bahamas, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel. The South Pacific is in the works for my newest clients from Fiji to Tahiti/Savusavu for scuba and sky-gazing.

This Italy trip isn’t just a vacation — we’re making our 40th anniversary in 2026 unforgettable with just over two weeks in Italy, soaking up every city, coast, countryside — and of course the incredible food and wine along the way. ???? I’ve curated a detailed journey covering Rome, Sorrento & the Amalfi Coast, Siena, Florence, Cinque Terre, Bologna, Venice, Verona, and Milan and others. The research alone has been an adventure, and I can’t wait to use that expertise to plan future Italy trips for clients.
