Susan was fabulous from the moment I heard talked to her. She helped with flights, transportation to and from Carberry Castle and to and from Edinburgh to airport! She kept us briefed on surrounding options to visit! Within a few days of leaving the states she sent a website with our detailed agenda and hints/brilliant suggestions for the perfect trip!!! What a wonderful trip to Cancun! My family wanted to have a multi family trip to Mexico and Susan made the experience a breeze. Each family had children of different ages and she was able to provide us with multiple locations to choose from that had something for everyone! Our travel information was conveniently located in an app to reference. Susan was readily available to ask questions and went above and beyond what I would expect in a travel agent. Susan helped our family of four plan a trip to watch the Savannah Bananas play in Kansas City! We took our kids, ages 9 and 5, to the game and around Kansas City. Susan made the trip easy and fun with her recommendations! It was also really helpful that she knew about the Savannah Bananas and how to get tickets.

Our trip to Ireland was definitely a trip of a lifetime. It was Amazing! This was our first time traveling Internationally. Susan had everything planned in advance from all of our hotels in various cities to our rental car. She also gave us suggestions on everything we would need for this trip. In the future when we travel again, we will be using Susan.

Great travel experience as we enjoyed museums of Mark Twain and President Lincoln. We learned so much about their lives and contributions to society.
