It was an absolute treat working with Trey. He was so attentive to details and knows so much about Alaksan cruises. The trip was just fabulous and couldn't have been more perfect.

Trey planned our Alaska trip last year & it was marvelous. He planned our recent European river cruise. It was better than I could’ve hoped for. We didn’t really know much about river cruises until Trey opened our eyes to it.

It was absolutely fantastic. The first thing Trey did was talk to us about what we were looking for when it came to a resort. And with that he was able to book us at the most magical, beautiful tropical resort in Akumal. It had everything that we wanted. Trey also would periodically check in before our trip to update us and field any questions we had. We even had some reservations about the transportation to and from the airport, but he assured us that we were booked with a very safe and reputable transportation service. Every little detail was taken care for us by Trey which allowed us to sit back and relax stress free throughout our trip. I would highly recommend Trey when looking to book your next trip. Trey was a fantastic help in planning our trip to Europe. He helped us find the perfect river cruise on the Rhine River followed by several weeks in different areas of France. All of his recommendations were great and we had a wonderful time! The travel app he uses is very helpful and user-friendly. Trey was always available to help and was a pleasure to work with!

Trey is the best travel advisor I have ever had. When my 3 sisters & I started thinking about a 3 week trip to the UK, we each chose one “must do” and a list of “would like to do” stops. I first called a company I have used in the past and they admitted that this was a big job and were hesitant to commit. I saw Trey’s ad and called him. We met to discuss our expectations and he felt sure he could help us. I felt instantly at ease with him and his expertise was obvious from the start. Usually I am not too picky but this trip was a 70th birthday present to myself and I wanted some special attention to detail. There were places we could cut costs and others where I didn’t want to compromise. Trey came up with specifics for our must see list and options that we hadn’t considered. There’s not enough space here to say how perfect the trip was. London and vicinity, all the sites with strategic timing on Trey’s part so that we could make decisions based on our specific interests. Two of my sisters chose a high tea at Harrods while the other two did a different museum. Portsmouth Maritime Museum was my “must” and I felt quite emotional standing where Admiral Lord Nelson died on the HMS Victory. A day in Sheffield for our Def Lepard fan girl and a full day in York- so glad we didn’t miss that…Edinburgh was more than I remembered and our day trips from there were perfect. Inverness and the area of our ancestors was a true highlight I plan to go back for more time there. Orkney was everything I was hoping. We had a Falconry session at Strathblane. Yes! We flew raptors! The trip passed far too quickly and surprisingly without a hitch- amazing considering all the “moving parts” of this excursion! So much more I could mention but the success of the trip was totally due to Trey’s skills of organization and knowledge of the UK. Don’t try to plan a trip without help and Trey is the best!

We decided to take a river cruise with my husbands siblings and spouses last year. We had never done this before and my brother in law found a video about Avalon River Cruises by Trey Tracy Travel. It was so informative that we contacted Trey and he assisted us with the entire planning of our cruise. There was six of us and he seamlessly organized everything right down to our flights. He took all of the guess work out of planning a group trip of this type. Trey made suggestions as to what to do, where to go and gave us many pointers! We just finished a great trip to New Zealand and Fiji. We usually like to plan our own itineraries but life was too busy to dig in that much for this trip. Trey was very helpful and insightful at being involved as much or as little as we wanted with our plans. He took care of the airlines, hotel/resorts, and some of the "excursions" that our family agreed on prior to trip. He still left us free days for us to fill as we wanted after arrival. He has an app that he loads all documents on for us to use. (The app can be used off line too) Trey was patient with my many questions. He is a great resource for foreign travel questions for those who don't travel much.... like reminding us to get converter outlets, which countries need a visa and which do not, whether to get foreign cash before hand or use that countries ATM machines, which routes to fly or not depending on layovers, and the latest info about air travel delays and President Biden's exec orders for that. I was excited to find Trey was a travel agent. My husband and I had met Trey and his wife at church many years ago, among many other families. We’ve since gone to a different church; and when I looked for a travel agent, his name came up. He arranged for us (including my elderly Mom) about a week long trip to NYC. He just needed basic info from me and was able to offer me packages to choose from. He arranged everything from top to bottom, and all went flawlessly. We had a Fantastic time!! One of the best things? **He is available to you as if he was on this trip! And he was able to help me when we had a hiccup at hotel check in!**I’ve been on an NYC trip before before where the agent just expects you to go to bat for yourself or unavailable. His app is easy to use and he will work with some of the best people to get you the best. Thank you, Trey! We will definitely return and tell others about you.

The car service and guides Trey set us up with were second to none. Terrific and knowledgable we learned so much more than a group tour.

Canada was more beautiful that I could have imagined. The Rocky Mountaineer train is a great way to see the countryside while riding and dining. My favorite was Banff and the surrounding areas. Trey Tracy was so helpful in helping plan this vacation and I highly recommend him!

Five stars aren’t enough for how great Trey was to work with regarding our incredible Scotland trip we took in July 2024. His itenerary was comprehensive and included an Edinburgh Harry Potter private Tour , two Scotch Distillery tours/tastings, picturesque and beautiful hotels in Edinburgh and Inverness, a 3-day Highlands and Isle of Skye bus tour as well as transportation to and from the airport. His knowledge of the country and the travel tips that came with that was very helpful in allowing us to see Edinburgh, Falkirk, Stirling, GlenCoe, Glenfidden/Fort William, Loch Ness, the Isle of Skye and multiple other historical sites, castles and magnificent landscapes. Even when we got in a bind due to flight delays, he was incredibly responsive in helping us navigate the issues so that we were still able to have an amazing trip.

I will not only be using him for any trip I book but I’d highly recommend him for others as well.
