Disney and Universal Specialist

Emily was referred to me by a good friend who has used her for several trips. I reached out to her to book airfare and hotel for a cruise that we booked months earlier thru the cruise line directly. Wow, so glad we did - she was so helpful and knowledgeable! She suggested a hotel for us in Hamburg Germany that had the most incredible view in the Speicherstadt historic district. I am positive we ended up with the best balcony view in the entire hotel. She also booked our airfare and stayed in touch with us throughout the journey to ensure everything went according to plan (it did)! Will absolutely use her services again!

Emily truly listened to what was important to us when traveling. She provided tour options that met that criteria, went above expectations to help us be prepared and responded in a timely manner when we had questions or an issue. I strongly recommend her service and can’t wait for her to plan our next adventure.

Emily did a great job helping us plan our trip especially the pre and post cruise options. I would recommend her to anyone needing help with a trip.

Emily from start to finish was available and active. Making sure that we had all the preparation we needed to navigate the parks successfully. Providing recommendations of locations and opportunities, coordinating parking and strollers. From the idea day through the end of the trip she was helpful in making our trip memorable for all ages!

Always a great experience working with Emily. She’s on top of things and always checks in to make sure things are going smoothly.

Thank you Emily for making our stay in NYC memorable for us. The parking across from the hotel was great. The hotel was also great. You did very well in getting us this hotel. We look forward to being in contact with you for our next trip. We are thinking of an air bnb?

I haven't worked with a travel agent previously but Emily came highly recommended. Now I will never travel without her guidance! She listens carefully to the kind of experience you are hoping for and provides so many options. While traveling, she was in constant contact with updates and answering my many questions. I appreciated her patience and extensive knowledge. Looking forward to working with her again!

We had a wonderful experience working with Emily on planning our family cruise. She laid out all our options and walked us through every step of the process - making it very easy and enjoyable! We are very grateful to Emily for her expertise, and would definitely use her services again. Thank you!

Emily exceeded our expectations in every way while helping us plan our Alaskan cruise. From the start, she checked in regularly, answered questions promptly, and made the entire process stress-free. When cruise prices dropped, she adjusted our reservation so we could take advantage of the savings. She also connected reservations for our group of 14 people. Everything was organized seamlessly, allowing us to focus on enjoying our vacation. She also shared helpful recommendations and packing tips that made the cruise experience much smoother. Emily is always quick to respond and is truly a wealth of knowledge. Her extensive travel experience gives her valuable insight into destinations, excursions, and must-see locations. Her recommendations significantly enhanced our Alaskan adventure. We were so impressed with Emily's expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail that we've already booked our next cruise to the Mediterranean with her. We highly recommend Emily to anyone looking for a travel agent who genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to create unforgettable travel experiences. ?????

Emily helped us plan our honeymoon to Spain in May and it truly was the best trip of our lives thanks to her. Neither of us have been to Europe so she gave us all of her tips and kept us organized along the way. I cannot thank Emily enough!

Emily helped me turn my Australian work trip into the adventure of a lifetime. From booking flights and hotels to last-minute packing reminders; from choosing epic excursions to handling mid-trip snafus, she’s got your back every step of the way! She made the entire process easy, allowing me to sit back and enjoy the trip. I truly can’t recommend her enough.

We had a lot of moving parts when planning the biggest trip of our lives. Emily was a huge help from organizing travel plans, stays and transfer to recommendations and overall staying on top of everything. Planning all of that can be a lot on top of everything else we had going, so Emily just made it a whole lot easier and we had no stress knowing she was helping and always a phone call away. Thanks Emily, look forward to working with you again!!

Emily helped plan and secure hotels before and after our Barge Canal cruise in Amsterdam. She also helped with hotels and transportation options for a follow on visit to London. She successfully accommodated six people with varying priorities. We loved the options offered and found her to be very responsive and fun to work with.

Emily helped us every step of the way with our Royal Caribbean cruise. Our family had a fantastic time and Emily handled many of the finer details, some I didn't even realize needed to be addressed. It was a great first experience working with a travel agent.

Emily helped our family plan a fabulous trip to Vietnam. She handled all of the details and helped develop an itinerary that was just right for my family (including 2 boys 7yo and 9yo). All of our coordinated transportation and guides were just perfect. When we had an issue with our flights leaving (due to weather) on our journey she was on top of making sure we got everything we needed to ensure the rest of our trip was as smooth as possible. We couldn't be happier and will continue to plan our family adventures with Emily!

Emily helped plan our european river cruise. Emily is cheerful and easy to talk with. Emily made calls for us when we had specific questions we were inquiring about, gathered the information we were interested in . She followed up on any questions we had, very good communication back and forth during the planning process. Emily used her vast travel experience to offer suggestions for travel. Emily is open to hearing what you are interested experiencing and has helpful checklists . I have recommended Emily to friends and will use her for our next trip . Marybeth C.

Emily was so great to work with. We new basically what we wanted, but Emily got us all the information to help us choose the River Cruise and destinations we wanted to go with. She was easy to work with and made herself very available whenever we had questions and helped us book all of our excursions. She knew all the new regulations for European travel and even checked in on us when we were on our vacation at the same time she was out of the country. She was so easy to work with. I would highly recommend working with Emily!

Emily was incredibly helpful and always made herself available.

We can’t thank Emily enough for her help with our first stay and cruise around the Hawaiian islands. Our excursions she helped us plan were fantastic and stress free! We are even giving her credit for timing our trip between major storms! Our weather was perfect. I can’t wait to book another adventure with Emily.

Everything was absolutely perfect!! Thanks Emily Pettit????????????

Emily was so helpful in coordinating our whirlwind tour of "out west". We had 5 days and she helped us make the most of our trip! She found great lodging hotels and suggested some wonderful tour options so we could see as much of the parks as possible! My sons (7 and 9) especially loved the sandboarding and tour of Peekaboo Slot Canyon in Utah!

We had an incredible experience working with Emily! Planning a trip with two young children while also wanting time for adult dinners and diving felt overwhelming, but she seamlessly helped us narrow down tropical locations that met all of our needs and connected us with resort personnel to coordinate childcare and excursions, making everything completely stress-free. She was always quick to respond, answered every question thoroughly, and it was clear she brought a wealth of knowledge and travel experience, guiding us with the best recommendations. She ensured we fully understood all travel requirements before departure and kept us updated with our flight information throughout. We truly felt supported every step of the way and couldn’t recommend her more.

Emily was so helpful with destination ideas and suggestions. She handled all the reservations for the flights, hotel and excursions. She was even able to get the price of the trip down significantly from what the original price was. She responded to all our email questions in a timely manner no matter the time of day or day of the week Emily will now be the only travel agent that we will use going forward.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Emily! She was incredibly helpful in planning both our family Disney trip in February and our honeymoon, two weeks later. Both trips had a different vibe; she was extremely knowledgeable about all the details and logistics we had questions about both. My husband and I really appreciated how she took the time to walk us through everything. Her advice was thoughtful and practical, often based on both her own experiences and feedback from other clients, which gave us a lot of confidence in our plans. She is also just a pleasure to work with—very responsive, easygoing, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly for us. We were so happy with the experience that we’re already using her again for our next family trip. Highly recommend!

Emily helped us plan our trip by booking hotel, activities, recommendations such as informing us we did not need to book a rental vehicle. That would have been a hugely expensive mistake on our part. The National WWII Museum is a must see. New Orleans food is wonderful. Lively atmosphere. Great music. Spent most of our time in the French Quarter. The Garden District is beautiful to see as well.

Emily was great to work with and helped us to plan a wonderful trip to celebrate our high school seniors! She was very responsive, flexible and worked with us in our budget. She checked in with us prior to our trip, when we were there and prior to leaving to make sure we were all set. This is the second trip I have planned throught Emily and will continue to do so in the furture!

We used Emily to book a family cruise in the Mediterranean and found her extremely friendly and helpful. Most of all, when things went off course - which in this world with crazy weather and political events seems to happen more often than not - she was there! Our cruise changed two itinerary stops with little warning due to weather and Emily helped us find new options and rebook excursions on the fly. She was a real partner when we needed it!

We have worked with Emily for several smaller trips and we’re so impressed with her quick turn around time, knowledge and genuine compassion that we wanted to book a larger trip with her. This past January we took a 2 week trip for my husbands 40th birthday to Singapore and Bali. We met and spoke about what our ideal trip to look like but not knowing how to start planning or where to begin. Emily listened and SEAMLESSLY made our vision come to fruition! From booking flights and hotels to even sending the resort a message regarding my husbands 40th birthday which Lead to multiple rose petal messages and delicious cakes being delivered to our room. Despite a 13 hour time change Emily checked in throughout the trio to ensure our vacation was going smoothly. This trip will forever be in our fondest memories and it would not have happened without Emily’s help every step of the way. Emily is so Friendly and accommodating… we will never book with anyone else!

Booking this vacation was our first experience with a travel agent and we will honestly never book without Emily again! Her help, suggestions, communication and expertise were INVALUABLE to our family. She listened to what we were looking for and found exactly that, plus suggested additional activities and resources we never would have thought of. Because of her, we had an epic vacation we will always remember with zero hiccups. We are already onto booking our next adventure with Emily! THANK YOU!!!

Emily was great! She didn't miss a beat when we went from an all inclusive girls trip with changing numbers to a cruise. She was able to rebook our cruise so we got a better deal without losing anything. Then when we added disney on to our trip she had some great helpful information! She was very responsive and answered all our questions! Emily is the best!

Emily helped plan our trip to Universal. It was our first time traveling and doing anything like this with little ones (5 & 2 year old) and she was super helpful. Lots of travel folks can book hotels but Emily goes so far above and beyond. She helped us strategize the parks and figure out how to make it a great trip for all of us (with different social needs and park goals). She was lovely to work with and I would certainly recommend her if you’re planning any kind of trip!

We've gotten travel advice from Emily since before she was doing it professionally. Her tips on successful travel with kids of all ages have helped us travel with our daughter (not yet 5) to 14 countries and counting. She is always available to brainstorm location ideas, share itineraries, and support in whatever ways we have needed from hotel and tour suggestions, to specific travel insurance, and everything in between. I've recommended her to friends looking for support with their travel plans constantly.

I got invited to attend a friend's wedding in India, and wanted to make a trip of it. Even though I was very excited, I didn't know anyone else going and also didn't have a lot of time to plan details- including things like airport hotels for late night arrivals, or tours/drivers that felt safe as a single woman traveling alone. Even though I've traveled quite a bit, I haven't traveled alone to a new-to-me country in quite a while and was feeling nervous. Emily helped me pick and book places to stay with airport transport. She also helped me select and book a comprehensive tour with a tour company and private driver, and the research she did to ensure the tour company was safe and legitimate really alleviated a lot of my stress. She asked great questions about what I wanted from my trip, was timely and thorough in her work and responses (even getting back to me while on her own travels!), and checked in while I was in India to make sure everything was going well. As someone who loves to travel but hates the logistics and research part, Emily made this a super smooth and fun trip with very little effort on my end. I had such a blast and ran into no issues at all- though if I had, I'm sure Emily would have been there to help me resolve them. I would highly recommend her for any trip you might be planning in the future.

Emily was very helpful in providing travel options for our group of 9 people. She was responsive to questions & always made sure to reply in a timely manner. Emily assisted in changing flights as needed & texted throughout our travel to be sure all was going well. She contacted the manager of the resort to set up a special celebration for our group. Emily’s vast travel knowledge & her willingness to help however she could was amazing! She went above & beyond for our group & we had an amazing time. I would highly recommend Emily to anyone looking to plan a trip!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Emily and the incredible support she provided for our recent trip. She found us a gorgeous hotel in Athens that was exactly what we were hoping for - comfortable, stylish, and perfectly located. Beyond that, Emily took care of all our ground transportation logistics, which was such a relief. From the airport to our hotels and back again, everything ran smoothly in both Istanbul and Athens. Not having to worry about those details made the trip so much more relaxing. She also offered us a variety of amazing tour ideas. What really stood out, though, was her ability to listen and adapt. When we realized we’re the kind of travelers who prefer exploring on our own, Emily didn’t push us toward tours; instead, she happily provided personalized recommendations for places to visit independently. That kind of thoughtful, customer-first approach was so valuable. I had never used a travel agent before so I was a bit hesitant at first but trusted Emily. It was clear throughout that Emily genuinely wanted me and my mom to have the best trip for us, not just sell us packages. Her care, flexibility, and attention to detail made all the difference. I’ll absolutely be using her again for future trips and recommending her to everyone I know!

Emily planned such a fabulous Universal studios getaway! Everything about the trip was seamless, from the flights, to the hotel and tickets. Planning the little details, like having the right lanyards for quick scanning at the park, made the trip so relaxing. She had the best advice about how to optimize our time at the park (hello unlimited express passes!) and still fit in time for relaxation and great food! We can't wait to book with Emily for our next adventure!

Loved working with Emily. She was down to earth and practical and listened to our priorities. Checked in on our progress and offered options.

Emily helped us plan our 3 week itinerary and went as far as creating a format to follow for all or our adventures. We did a 3 week trip with a lot of moving and hotels. She devised a format to help us keep track of everything which was super helpful. She booked our hotel and suggested all kinds of interesting things to see along our way including 3 National Parks .

Emily was so helpful in booking our trip and keeping us in the loop with events and activities on the Cape. Our whole family had a great time!

Emily is awesome! Besides being extremely knowledgeable about all things travel, she’s accommodating and has helped us to figure out the details that work best for our family. Emily is patient, approachable, and hard working. She’s always has been able to answer all of our travel questions and is delightful to work with. Emily was so patient and helpful during the planning process. She is very understanding and knowledgeable about traveling with children and different destinations. She is extremely responsive and willing to help. After booking, she followed up and was available leading up to our trip and during our trip. We will definitely use her again!

The (3) flights to Vancouver were a little much, however the Princess cruise and land tours more than made up for it!! I would highly recommend! The Denali Princess Lodge was better than I expected, glad we had two nights there!

Emily really listened to what kind of trip we wanted, was attentive to our budget, and helped us put together one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. We did a custom itinerary. She was super responsive to questions. She is a total pro!

Would never have planned or went on this trip if it wasn’t for Emily! We flew out of Toronto, stayed a day in Spain, then embarked our cruise ship to go on and visit Sicily, Pompeii, Naples, Florence, Rome, and another two day stay in Barcelona before heading back home. Our family of 5 had the absolute best time! Will be utilizing emilys travel services in the future for sure!

Emily helped my partner and I plan our trip to Switzerland. Her insight allowed us to plan for all the cities, activities and stays we needed. She even offered suggestions that proved incredibly useful for making the most of our trip. We were traveling with two children and as a mother of two, Emily has the knowledge to help us curate and book an adventure that we could all enjoy. Can’t wait to get her help with our next trip!

Absolutely fantastic ??

I'm so glad that I reached out to Emily. We were planning a 2 country overseas trip to visit our daughter in London, and I was feeling overwhelmed. I didn't want to miss anything, but I also didn't know how to narrow down an itinerary. In contact with Emily, we gave her our time frame, ideas, and must-dos, and she put together an itinerary. We met and she suggested tour stops and highlights in London, Dublin, and Galway. That evening, she sent a spreadsheet of our 10-day trip with daily events and suggested time frames in each country. Emily followed up with a list of recommended accommodations at each location based on our budget, with links to look over. Emily booked our hotel choices, booked our car rental, looked up flights from London to Dublin, and added links to tours in each city. Before the trip, Emily sent reminders of things we needed to do before travelling abroad. She even helped us when our kids got stuck in London due to the fire at Heathrow in March. What I re

Emily was great to work with to plan my trip! Always available to ask questions and she kept me informed about any requirements that Norwegian Cruise Line had before departure!

Our family needed a relaxing trip where we didn't have to think about a thing and Emily brought that dream to reality. All we had to do was show up at the airport and from there everything else was taken care of. She was not only so easy to work with, but by far the fastest travel agent I've worked with. Every request was taken care of within hours, and she gave us so many options.

Emily did a great job of coordinating our trip to an all-inclusive and worked with both families who were going to meet the needs of both groups. Thank you so much! We would definitely use her again!

Our family decided on a short notice quick getaway to Universal Orlando. I asked Emily to help us find some prices and get things booked, and she was amazing! We got a great deal on our park tickets and had no issues whatsoever. I’ve never used a travel agent before, but now I don’t think I’ll ever plan a trip without one! She was responsive and friendly, I’m so grateful for all her hard work to help us enjoy our trip, she even checked in with us to make sure all was going well. Five stars, fully recommend, can’t wait to plan my next vacation with her!

Emily was so easy to work with, she helped us navigate booking our first trip out of the US with the kids. We ended up booking at an all-inclusive resort in Cancun called Moon Palace grand. She made it so easy with booking flights, transportation, and communicating with the hotel when we had issues with booking the correct room. We could not recommend Emily more, her communication and responsiveness was fantastic. We look forward to using her for our future trips!

From beginning to end Emily made this trip so easy! She listened and gave good suggestions for the various destinations. Once the destination was decided upon she did everything else. This trip was just what I needed! Emily was also available for an early morning phone call from the airport. I would highly recommend Emily!!

Emily was helpful with good ideas and planning. She listened well to help us figure out activities and was very easy to communicate with throughout the process.

Emily was great. She helped us plan an awesome trip to disney. She made the trip planning process a breeze. She was helpful with dinner reservation as well as tips for getting the most out of park days. I highly recommend her!!!

Emily was fantastic and so well organized in helping us escape colder temps for a Caribbean getaway! She helped with hotels, cruise options, and even excursions for different ports during the trip. We appreciated how responsive she was in giving us options if we changed our mind on something. And honestly, it was great that she ensured we got our loyalty memberships and award numbers applied for all reservations to rack up those points!

Our family had a such wonderful time in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic! We stayed at the Dreams Flora Resort and it was absolutely beautiful! Thank you Emily - Fabulous Adventures Travel! Can’t wait to book our next adventure! ?? ??
