We used Emily to book a family cruise in the Mediterranean and found her extremely friendly and helpful. Most of all, when things went off course - which in this world with crazy weather and political events seems to happen more often than not - she was there! Our cruise changed two itinerary stops with little warning due to weather and Emily helped us find new options and rebook excursions on the fly. She was a real partner when we needed it!

We have worked with Emily for several smaller trips and we’re so impressed with her quick turn around time, knowledge and genuine compassion that we wanted to book a larger trip with her. This past January we took a 2 week trip for my husbands 40th birthday to Singapore and Bali. We met and spoke about what our ideal trip to look like but not knowing how to start planning or where to begin. Emily listened and SEAMLESSLY made our vision come to fruition! From booking flights and hotels to even sending the resort a message regarding my husbands 40th birthday which Lead to multiple rose petal messages and delicious cakes being delivered to our room. Despite a 13 hour time change Emily checked in throughout the trio to ensure our vacation was going smoothly. This trip will forever be in our fondest memories and it would not have happened without Emily’s help every step of the way. Emily is so Friendly and accommodating… we will never book with anyone else!

Booking this vacation was our first experience with a travel agent and we will honestly never book without Emily again! Emily was great! She didn't miss a beat when we went from an all inclusive girls trip with changing numbers to a cruise. She was able to rebook our cruise so we got a better deal without losing anything. Then when we added disney on to our trip she had some great helpful information! She was very responsive and answered all our questions! Emily is the best!

Emily helped plan our trip to Universal. It was our first time traveling and doing anything like this with little ones (5 & 2 year old) and she was super helpful. Lots of travel folks can book hotels but Emily goes so far above and beyond. She helped us strategize the parks and figure out how to make it a great trip for all of us (with different social needs and park goals). She was lovely to work with and I would certainly recommend her if you’re planning any kind of trip!

We've gotten travel advice from Emily since before she was doing it professionally. Her tips on successful travel with kids of all ages have helped us travel with our daughter (not yet 5) to 14 countries and counting. She is always available to brainstorm location ideas, share itineraries, and support in whatever ways we have needed from hotel and tour suggestions, to specific travel insurance, and everything in between. I got invited to attend a friend's wedding in India, and wanted to make a trip of it. Even though I was very excited, I didn't know anyone else going and also didn't have a lot of time to plan details- including things like airport hotels for late night arrivals, or tours/drivers that felt safe as a single woman traveling alone. Even though I've traveled quite a bit, I haven't traveled alone to a new-to-me country in quite a while and was feeling nervous. Emily helped me pick and book places to stay with airport transport. She also helped me select and book a comprehensive tour with a tour company and private driver, and the research she did to ensure the tour company was safe and legitimate really alleviated a lot of my stress. She asked great questions about what I wanted from my trip, was timely and thorough in her work and responses (even getting back to me while on her own travels!), and checked in while I was in India to make sure everything was going well. As someone who loves to travel but hates the logistics and research part, Emily made this a super smooth and fun trip with very little effort on my end. I had such a blast and ran into no issues at all- though if I had, I'm sure Emily would have been there to help me resolve them. I would highly recommend her for any trip you might be planning in the future.

Emily was very helpful in providing travel options for our group of 9 people. She was responsive to questions & always made sure to reply in a timely manner. Emily assisted in changing flights as needed & texted throughout our travel to be sure all was going well. She contacted the manager of the resort to set up a special celebration for our group. Emily’s vast travel knowledge & her willingness to help however she could was amazing! She went above & beyond for our group & we had an amazing time. I can't say enough wonderful things about Emily and the incredible support she provided for our recent trip. She found us a gorgeous hotel in Athens that was exactly what we were hoping for - comfortable, stylish, and perfectly located. Beyond that, Emily took care of all our ground transportation logistics, which was such a relief. From the airport to our hotels and back again, everything ran smoothly in both Istanbul and Athens. Not having to worry about those details made the trip so much more relaxing. She also offered us a variety of amazing tour ideas. What really stood out, though, was her ability to listen and adapt. When we realized we’re the kind of travelers who prefer exploring on our own, Emily didn’t push us toward tours; instead, she happily provided personalized recommendations for places to visit independently. That kind of thoughtful, customer-first approach was so valuable. I had never used a travel agent before so I was a bit hesitant at first but trusted Emily. It was clear throughout that Emily genuinely wanted me and my mom to have the best trip for us, not just sell us packages. Her care, flexibility, and attention to detail made all the difference. I’ll absolutely be using her again for future trips and recommending her to everyone I know!

Emily planned such a fabulous Universal studios getaway! Everything about the trip was seamless, from the flights, to the hotel and tickets. Planning the little details, like having the right lanyards for quick scanning at the park, made the trip so relaxing. She had the best advice about how to optimize our time at the park (hello unlimited express passes!) and still fit in time for relaxation and great food! We can't wait to book with Emily for our next adventure!

Emily helped us plan our 3 week itinerary and went as far as creating a format to follow for all or our adventures. We did a 3 week trip with a lot of moving and hotels. She devised a format to help us keep track of everything which was super helpful. She booked our hotel and suggested all kinds of interesting things to see along our way including 3 National Parks .

Emily was so patient and helpful during the planning process. She is very understanding and knowledgeable about traveling with children and different destinations. The (3) flights to Vancouver were a little much, however the Princess cruise and land tours more than made up for it!! I would highly recommend! The Denali Princess Lodge was better than I expected, glad we had two nights there!

Would never have planned or went on this trip if it wasn’t for Emily! We flew out of Toronto, stayed a day in Spain, then embarked our cruise ship to go on and visit Sicily, Pompeii, Naples, Florence, Rome, and another two day stay in Barcelona before heading back home. I'm so glad that I reached out to Emily. We were planning a 2 country overseas trip to visit our daughter in London, and I was feeling overwhelmed. I didn't want to miss anything, but I also didn't know how to narrow down an itinerary. In contact with Emily, we gave her our time frame, ideas, and must-dos, and she put together an itinerary. We met and she suggested tour stops and highlights in London, Dublin, and Galway. That evening, she sent a spreadsheet of our 10-day trip with daily events and suggested time frames in each country. Our family needed a relaxing trip where we didn't have to think about a thing and Emily brought that dream to reality. Our family decided on a short notice quick getaway to Universal Orlando. I asked Emily to help us find some prices and get things booked, and she was amazing! We got a great deal on our park tickets and had no issues whatsoever. I’ve never used a travel agent before, but now I don’t think I’ll ever plan a trip without one! Emily was so easy to work with, she helped us navigate booking our first trip out of the US with the kids. We ended up booking at an all-inclusive resort in Cancun called Moon Palace grand. She made it so easy with booking flights, transportation, and communicating with the hotel when we had issues with booking the correct room.
