This was my First Cruise and Larry and Holland America was nothing like the US Navy Uss Kitty Hawk CVA-63 that I served on in the 70s. 10 Day Mexican Cruise to Cabo San Lucas, Loreto, La Paz, Mazatlan, Puerto Vallarta Mexico. This was my second cruise that I went on that was booked with Larry Norman turned out to be a very wonderful, carefree cruise. Larry took care of all the fine details that usually come up at the last minute, on the ship, out in the middle of the ocean. Had a great time. Have just booked another cruise with Larry on the same cruise ship at a better rate then the cruise lines web site was offering plus received extra perks.

Larry Norman labors over every detail to bring about a fantastic experience for each of his guests. I took the USBC Mexico Cruise last December.
My husband and I usually like to do our own thing on a cruise because we work so much and just want to get OFF the grid so to speak. But Larry desinged each activity so that I and my Husband actually wanted to be more involved. From Ball room dancing to tours on shore to meeting up and coming together with the whole group for activites..and we could not wait to go to dinner every night-most groups fizzel out by cruise ends..not this one 9 tables almost every night full. I can honestly say we had the MOST FUN on any cruise we had ever been on because of Larry's attention to detail. We appreciate all the pro-active work Larry did before and during this 7 day tour of Mexico. Can't wait to go again! And not alone-with a group!!

Larry was thorough, informative, obviously very knowledgeable, accommodating, and went out of his way to help everyone! In other words SUPURB!!?? We actually had to cancel at the last minute due to my sister's emergency surgery. He did all the trip insurance paperwork for us, we didn't do anything, just got the refund credited to our accounts! We have cruised multiple times before, this was by far the best service we have ever received.
