Kelly has been a wonderful resource for planning our trips. She is very knowledgeable about the locations and is always helpful in answering any questions we have. She helped plan our last few Universal Studios Orlando trips and even snagged us Holiday Tour tickets last December so my kids could meet the Grinch.
