I have had Shelli book cruises for me since 2012. I knew how organized and knowledgeable she was but I really learned about her attention to detail this past summer. I went on a cruise with my NY family (organized by their travel agent). I kept saying "Shelli would have....." because the other travel agent did not share the level of information that Shelli shares (especially for newer travelers). Shelli makes suggestions about dining and excursions and even helps with luggage tags. She also makes suggestions for hotels near ports (and where to stay on a pretty full ship when I was late to book.) The other travel agent did none of those things except to take the original group booking. I'm so glad I've had Shelli for my trips....almost ready for her to help with a trip to Ireland! Kathy

Shelli did a great job arranging our whale watching excursion. She found a hotel with a great view, located whale watching boats and booked the tours, and recommended all inclusive which was an excellent idea. I greatly appreciated Shelli's experience and recommendations.
