When thinking of a ski trip to Banff/Lake Louise in Alberta, Canada, we immediately turned to ski.com and thankfully found Rene to assist us. From finding the perfect accommodations (we loved Moose Hotel), to sending us indoor activity suggestions when she how cold it was our first couple of days there, to arranging lift tickets and snowboard rental, and recommending exciting adventure tours in Banff National Park and the surrounding area, it was clear that Rene was as invested in our trip as we were. I had a fantastic experience working with Rene on our trip to Edinburgh! She was not only knowledgeable about the destination but also incredibly fun and easygoing. Rene is great at planning family trips. I really enjoyed our trip to Yellowstone. She helped plan a road trip to celebrate our parents' anniversary that retraced their honeymoon trip.
