Working with Christine on our Alaska cruise was such a smooth and stress-free experience! I love that she knows her cruises and travel destinations, and she thinks of things that I don't even think of. She worked with us at the beginning to understand what we were looking for in our vacation and then gave us different options to help us pick what worked best. Her recommendations helped us save money so we could afford more exciting excursions like a glacier and rainforest hikes, where we got to see a bear (from the distance) in the wild and salmon running too! We watched whales, sea lions eating, and porpoises in the wild too, which we will never forget. We really enjoyed the ship (Ovation of the Seas) that she recommended, which was recently amped, so felt very new and had so many fun things to do on the sea days. My friends and family joined us, and she tried to get us on the same slot for an excursion when my friends booked a different slot, going above and beyond what we expected. I can't say enough good things about how knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, and caring Christine is. We will only work with Christine in the future and I've referred her to my friends and family already.

With so many different ages, abilities and preferences it was so nice to have Christine Naykki's help in planning this family adventure to Costa Rica. What a treat to not have to worry about transportation or where to find our next meal. Christine was prompt in responding to our many questions and helpful when we wanted to add a last-minute excursion during our trip.

We sailed on Royal Caribbean from Seattle to Sitka, AK, Skagway, AK, Juneau, AK and Victoria, BC. I enjoyed the small town shops and purchasing handmade items. I enjoyed seeing the whale tails in Juneau. I was expecting to see the whole whale jump out of the ocean but I guess seeing the tails were enough. I had never seen them in their real habitat before. Only at Sea World. I was expecting to see more of the glaciers. Maybe there’s more during the winter. A interesting thing that the tour guides in AK told us is that it doesn’t snow much there. Victoria was beautiful. I wish we had more time there and didn’t arrive on a Sunday evening when all the stores were closing. The food on the ship was more bland this time around. I did enjoy the all-day pizza though. I’m a pizza girl. I also enjoyed getting the free Effy charms and tote bag even though I had to sit through their presentations and getting the free charms in AK. I love cruises so overall it wasn’t a bad trip. Also I loved our stateroom placemat that our travel agent Christine chose for us. We were on a high floor and had great scenic views going and coming back…ending with a wonderful view of the Seattle skyline and Mt. Rainier upon our arrival. She also kept us informed when discounts became available before our cruise.

My family just traveled on a cruise to Bermuda, and we had the most fabulous time!! Bermuda was GORGEOUS, and the cruise itself made all the logistics stress free! But it was made even more enjoyable thanks to Christine! Knowing she had our back, in case any questions or problems popped up, took all of the pressure of myself as the usual “family travel planner”. When planning, we told her exactly what we wanted, and she took care of it from there! We could not recommend Christine any more!

Christine was fantastic. I originally booked this trip to visit my son who is in the Marines to be in November of 2025. 10 before I was to leave he got deploye to the Phillipines for a humanitarian mission. She helped get everything changed to go in March/April 2026. Without her help I would have been lost. All of the tours were rescheduled, everything went smoothly and because of the time change we got to see the cherry blossoms and walk in the Palace Gardens in Tokyo. Our tour guides were outstanding. The best street food tour in Okinawa. Can not recomend enough

Our experience working with Christine was instrumental in making this massive trip into a reality. She got everything we wanted into this trip and booked us with excellent tours and great locations to stay that accommodated our needs for the area. She also was helpful in finding downtime where we needed and the whole process with booking everything was simple. Some of the challenges we ran into were where we had to save some money by staying at places she normally wouldnt choose to do as her first option, and it showed on our disney portion, but if we stayed at a different hotel there, it would've improved our time greatly. Specifically, we had great trouble with the shuttle bus runtimes to and from our hotel. Very restrictive timings in the evening, and unfortunately we were booked on a day that the park closed much earlier than normal, which was a letdown. Thank goodness for the Discova team, they were very helpful on various things and issues we ran across throughout the trip. We had to call them at least 4 times to get things figured out regarding meeting locations for tours, hotel confirmations, tickets missing in our welcome package, and various other things. Luckily their response time was very fast and got things sorted hastily. Again, reiterating that this trip was made possible through Christine and the Discova team and we are grateful for their help in making this a trip we will NEVER forget!

It had never occurred to me to use a travel agent for anything other than the big, complicated planes-trains-and-automobiles type of trip, but once I heard that Christine was a Disney expert, I left our weekend cruise aboard the Disney Wish in her super capable hands! Not only did she find us the perfect stateroom on the perfect weekend but she also unearthed a discounted rate AND an onboard credit I hadn’t heard about. Score! I strongly urge you to consider her FREE and expert services for your next getaway.

Great experience from the beginning to picking out destinations to the cruise ship and journey back home! Every step was a smooth process. Christine provided a selection of cruise lines and destinations so it was so easy to pick out! We didn’t have to do a thing from searching for flights to booking a hotel prior to our embarking on the Celebrity Summit cruise ship. She provided a recap of trip details in a document. The only chore we had to do is what to pack and enjoy!

The James Bond trip was the best.

The highlight of our trip was the swamp tour. The tour guide was hilarious and very informative about the alligators.

The first two days of our trip to Jamaica were good. Then, hurricane Melissa decided to join us. Planning the trip with Christine was so easy. There were six of us going on the trip and she helped all of us secure our plane tickets, resort reservations and transportation to the resort. She kept us well informed, especially when the airline made changes. Throughout our hurricane experience, she was very proactive in providing us information. Her concern for our safety was a priority for her evidenced by her ongoing text messages. Overall, Christine was amazing!! I would highly recommend her for your travel needs. I’m extremely thankful she was there for us.

We had booked our flight and had a general idea for a road trip around the Pacific Northwest, but with a baby, we were finding it hard to research accommodations at each of our locations. We enlisted the help of Christine, and she simplified the process. She talked with us first to figure out our preferences and priorities, then gave us a few options to choose from. We had a great time, and the accommodations were great!

It was wonderful working with Christine on planning our Montana/Yellowstone adventure. She was mindful of our wants and needs in terms of cost and family-friendliness (traveling with a 2 year old). She adjusted our itinerary when requested. She had fabulous activity suggestions that I probably would not have found on my own (a visit to an alpaca farm and hot springs) and on top of that found us a discount on our alpaca farm admission! She even left us with some thoughtful travel gifts. I had not booked with a travel agent before and didn’t know how it worked (completing profile with reward numbers, authorizing credit card use…), but now that I know, we would book with her again!

We cruised on the Celebrity Equinox May9th - May 24th, 2025. The ship was beautiful, clean, and the staff were all friendlly, happy, and very helpful. Christine booked many private tours for us in each country. Every tour guide guide showed up on time, and all were knowledgable, and pleasant, and answered all our questions about each site. We learned a good bit of history and culture. Christine booked our hotels before amd after our cruise, and our tender tickets for all our tours in every port. She took care of every detail including our plane tickets. She did it all, and it was a wonderful trip! Thank you Christine!!!

Christine is very knowledgeable when it comes to the cruise life! She helped us plan our entire trip, giving helpful tips and tricks along the way. Our whole itinerary went smoothly including transfers to and from the airport and to and from the cruise terminal. She sent a care package that was a huge time saver with all of the important travel documents needed for our trip, and she checked in repeatedly over the duration of our trip making sure things were going smoothly as planned. Christine Naykki did an amazing job of arranging all the land excursions with precision , and provided us with detailed instructions. The transportations between hotels and cruise terminal were on time and went smoothly. The Vietnam excursion guides did a good job, but the guide for the Bangkok had time management issues, and as a result, we were back to the ship two hours behind schedule. Luckily the ship was not leaving that day, so no harm was done. As for the elephant sanctuary excursion in Thailand, there was miscommunication of payments between the local vendor and the contract company, but thanks to Christine’s involvement, she was able to contact the company , and resolved the issues after more than half hours delay. Happy to report that we had the best experience with this tour!

Transportation and land tours during our 12 nights Celebrity Solstice cruise were excellent. Lunch included with the tours were exceptional except for one at Thailand. Christine was able to resolve missing receipts problem with our Thailand elephant sanctuary tour that allowed us not to miss anything and returned to the ship on schedule.

Christine reached out to us asking for our individual desires of what we wanted to see. She provided fantastic options. She saved us a substantial amount of money from other tour companies. She stayed in constant communication, making sure that we were satisfied with her work. Christine, thank you for the research that you put in to provide a memorable experience in travel.
