Amy was amazing! We just got back from a trip of a lifetime and couldn't have done it without Amy's help. She put us at ease from the start, we were planning a trip to three different countries and were completely overwhelmed. She had so many amazing suggestions and recommendations ~ from big things such as hotels, all the way to the little things we didn't even think of such as hiring a driver to handle all of our luggage. She held our hand through the whole planning process, we couldn't have done it without her. She gave us unique ideas on things to do, how to get around, updates on travel security issues, things to look out for in each city, places to eat and put it all in an amazing app that had our whole itinerary in it and updated it along the way ~ it was amazing! She did it for us again. Her knowledge of our destinations was extensive. Her grasp of our plans and the suggested hotels that made easy execution of these plans was invaluable. The hotels she booked for us were perfect based on the hotel style we prefer. Her assistance and experience w various tours, museums, etc. was so very helpful. Her communication throughout planning stage, booking and during travel was frequent and timely. The tools/apps she provides simplify the day to day itineraries. This trip had many moving parts. Amy pulled it all together and it came off without a hitch. She did it all with great professionalism, humor, good cheer and patience. Definitely could not have done it myself. If you're going to visit your mother-in-law in Boone NC you probably don't need her. But, if you're planning a trip like ours, you'd be well served to avail yourself of a professional. She offered several different prices and options for all my needs. I was able to send each of the travelers their own itinerary that she created so everyone knew where to go should we get separated and the addresses /phone numbers of all reservations we had. Extremely knowledgeable, accessible, responsive and patient. App that she loaded with EVERYTHING we did...tours, dinners, concerts... all the fights, transfers and hotels was invaluable tool. A vacation to remember

When planning our trip to Mexico, Amy took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for - and I was complicated! I wanted a luxury vacation on a budget! Amy was great from start to finish! She helped us with the planning stages of the trip to make sure we got the best tour price and airfare price. She offered to help us find extra excursions on our trip that may interest us and helped us book a fantastic cooking class in Rome! She checked in on us along the way to make sure that we caught our flights, and even got our luggage. She was available to help while we were on our trip . Since we were out of the country, we found this very comforting! Amy is really great at her job!!!
