Dedicated and hardworking

Kari was so great! We didn’t really know specifics of what we wanted, just a price range. She helped give various ideas and narrow down what options we had in our budget.
On our trip, we ran into a problem (not Kari’s fault) and I had emailed her (late at night) asking for her help. Before we woke up the next morning, she had the problem resolved-and she was even out of town for family matters of her own!
Kari truly brings value and hard work to all she does and I would use her again in a heartbeat

Our trip was amazing due to the personal attention Kari provided for all aspects of our travel. She is so customer service oriented and extremely knowledgeable about the full spectrum of travel arrangements (flights, cars, lodging, excursions, dining, etc.).
