This was my first experience with an agent and it was great. Andrea took care of all the planning from the hotels, shuttles, and all the cruise details. She all responded quickly to any questions I had. I am already referring her to friends and family.

Because of our travel agent, Andrea, our cruise was "care" free. Every detail from beginning to end was fulfilled. She made sure to email and call with information as soon as it became available and she thought of every need we might have. We are both in our 70's and had never been on a cruise so her attention to detail made everything about the trip more enjoyable. Our trip was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We are so thankful for Andrea's desire to assist us in any way she could, her professionalism & her communication skills. We highly recommend her. You certainly won't be disappointed.

Andrea was fantastic to work with and planned a great trip to Universal for us. She listened to our needs and wants, then developed an easy to read proposal with a couple of options. It was so nice to get the information, tips, and have everything booked. No hours searching online, reading reviews, or over thinking what to do and when. Andrea took care of that work for us so we were free to enjoy our trip.

Andrea has planned a couple trips for us. What we love is how she gives us options. We give her a date range, length of trip, and ideal budget. From there, she provides us three options to choose from, clearly breaking down what’s included in each one. She also helped with ideas of activities to do, this was our first big family trip. Our kiddos are 7 and 3, so we needed a good variety. We had an absolute blast! Andrea takes away all the hard stuff with planning. I cant recommend her enough!

My trip to Plovdiv, Bulgaria, was absolutely amazing, and I owe a huge part of that to Andrea’s insight and assistance. She made the entire booking process seamless and went above and beyond by making sure I had travel insurance and verifying that my passport would be valid for the trip – a thoughtful touch that gave me peace of mind. Plovdiv itself was wonderful. The Old Town, perched on a hill in the center of the city, was stunning and full of history. The food was fantastic, with so many types of cuisine to enjoy. My hotel was modern, clean, and in a perfect location – I rarely needed a cab because I could easily walk everywhere. In fact, over the 16 days, I walked more than 50 miles! The staff was excellent, and the concierge was extremely helpful. The Lufthansa flights were just as impressive. The crews and the plane were fantastic, making the travel experience as smooth as possible. I truly could not be happier with Andrea’s help in planning this trip. Thanks to her, everything went perfectly from start to finish, and I was able to fully enjoy my time in Bulgaria.
