So we had a fantastic trip. It was a nice and a restful time! Panama is really cool. It does lives up to being a place for natural wildlife lovers and the Panamanian Canal was an interesting historical landmark! There was tropical rains and the weather was humid, but the sun did come out for the most part. We enjoyed the colonial feel of the first hotel yet inside was pretty modern. The first hotel had a lot more amenities and I appreciated it. The second hotel was more remote and did really land itself to people who enjoy the outdoors so we did do hiking, which was great! And both hotels did have good food! The tour visit to the Panama Canal was very informational. COPA airline was pretty good they had a nice flight crew and good food. I would definitely use them again! And would look forward to working with you again!

Planning the trip with Carline to Bermuda was a pleasure from the beginning to end. She was very knowledgeable, and shared ideas that would make the trip a memorable one. In general, everything these days is so automated that you would not be wrong in generally ruling human beings out of any process. I don’t really have the time, either, to go ‘behind the scenes’ to check if there is anyone there. This was Carlene! She gracefully fulfilled all my needs for a successful Cruise. As a customer, I am pleased to say that my comfort level and merit on customer service and human relations touch was at its all time high then—3 or 4 years ago—and the streak hasn’t stopped since.
