The past 13 years in the travel industry have been an absolute joy for me. I have always loved travel, history, and culture, and that love became the catalyst for my decision to pursue a career as a travel consultant.

I find the cultures of other countries fascinating. To share my interest with other travelers, I create a custom itineraries for extended travels. Each plan will include the history and culture of the destination along with recommendations for dining and not-to-miss venues.

The arts and crafts of a country are astonishing indicators of a society's values. I always enjoy highlighting these aspects of a particular culture with clients.

Western Europe is my passion, due to the rich Celtic heritage you can explore there. However, Celts have immigrated to Canada, North America, Australia, and all lands in between. There's even a Highland Festival in Hawaii!

In addition to my passion for travel, I am involved with many community organizations. They include:

I believe education is very important, and because of that I have added a Certificate of Achievement, with Honors, in Travel Marketing from Los Medanos Community College, to my Associates of Science degrees in Financial Accounting and Business Management.

I also have Skills Certificates in Cruise Marketing and Home-Based Travel Marketing. Through the Travel Institute, I earned certification as a Hawaii Destination Specialist. My passion for Scotland has led to certification as a Scots Agent with Visit Scotland.

I continue to expand my knowledge of travel trends, laws, and products through provider training and various memberships in travel-related organizations, such as Nexion, LLC, Travel Institute, and several other visitor bureaus throughout the nation and world.
