Let me start off by saying that this was my first Disney Cruise & I knew nothing about planning this trip not only for my husband & I but also our children & grandchildren. I must have asked a thousand questions more than once. Steve was ever so patient with his time. Everything he promised, went exactly as planned. Our pre/post travel transportation & Excursions & on Board Activities also went on exactly as planned. Steve thought of everything & we are thankful he did because it resulted in an absolutely “Fantasy Cruise.”

Stephen was fabulous to work with! Gave amazing recommendation and tips to make our stay at Disney so magical! Between advise on what hotel to stay at so we were able to use the skyline for an easy access with our stroller and hop over to Epcot & Hollywood Studios. Loved all of our dining reservations he made as well. We were celebrating our daughter’s 1st birthday and loved how when we walked into the room on the TV it was wishing our daughter Happy Birthday!

We appreciated being able to text while on our trip for assistance. As a family pretty familiar with Disney, scheduling a last minute trip, I'm not sure we experienced a notable benefit from using a travel agent. Now, if we were ahead of our booking window and could have had y'all make hard to get reservations - that would have been really helpful. We will reach out again if we're planning a complicated trip with other families.

Stephen explained everything - sometimes more than once, upon my request - to make sure we understood all the moving parts of a Disney vacation. When a small issued arose, he was on it and it was corrected within minutes!

We had a wonderful trip with no issues thanks to Stephen’s careful planning and pre-trip meeting. A favorite moment was laying in hammocks on the beach at the Caribbean Resort and watching the Epcot fireworks. We were able to take advantage of the early park hours and really enjoy our favorite parks before the crowds. Wandering around Galaxy’s Edge without almost no other guests is an amazing off world experience. Stephen’s tip-off about the early early hours proved true and really make a difference to our park experience. We never had to use Lightning Lanes to get on the rides we really wanted. The split stay went off without a hitch and was double the fun. Would definitely do it again! We used Mears Connect to get to and from the airport. Transport to the hotel was easy breezy although I did miss the Disney info formerly shown on the bus tv screens (they weren’t on at all in the morning but were on our return trip with general Orlando and Mears info). Stephen made the whole experience so easy!! Every time we say it’ll be the last time but I’m quite certain another Disney stay is in our future… A SINCERE THANK YOU FOR MAKING IT SO ENJOYABLE AND RELAXING. Truly grateful!
