Nikki is very knowledgeable for all things Disney. She's booked several Disney trips for us in the last year, and some were/are difficult. Many rooms, family arriving on different days and she made sure everything was perfect. Some of us got very sick while there last October and she helped change dining reservations and made other suggestions for those that were not sick. She's always available on a moment's notice. When we decided to try Disneyland for the first time last December, she was with us all the way and made sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend Nikki!
