We took our family to Disney and Universal for the first time ever this summer and Taylor helped plan it all. She helped me understand all the details of Disney travel, booked hotels, and booked fast passes. I really didn’t have to do very much at all on my end which was really great. We even decided after we had come up with a schedule and a plan, to change the dates of our trip. She had no problem rearranging everything and figuring it out. She’s quick to respond to texts or emails, but never pushy. She makes great recommendations for places to eat and things to do around the parks. We were extremely pleased with our whole trip.

Taylor was so responsive to all of our requests! She dove into our needs & desires immediately and was constantly involved in our travel modifications and ensuring that we had exactly what we desired! We could not have found a more desirable apartment accommodation; very centrally located & all the amenities we needed! All went so smooth executing the plans Taylor made! A real trooper!! We booked a 5 night all inclusive trip to Excellence Playa Mujures in Cancun MX with Taylor ...she made it very easy and was always available to answer any question we had and helped us out in any way she could!! Taylor made sure our trip to Destin, FL was one to remember. The 3 bedroom resort was beautiful at the SanDestin Resort. The resort was truly a world/community of its own. We were able to ride bicycles to the private beach and explore the resort. We definitely will be returning, and next time we will be sure to request a resort with a golf cart. Almost everyone there had a golf cart to get around. We loved it. Thanks Taylor! A+++

As the host for my bestie's 60th birthday, I had no idea planning it would be so easy and stress free. I saw a review about the travel agent Taylor, while browsing social media and decided to message her about the group's destination celebration. I was very hesitant about using a travel agent from out of town but had a gut feeling after her first response. Taylor has excellent customer service skills and was very efficient when returning calls. After sharing with her the itenary, and all other info, the trip was completely done by Taylor who helped in choosing our hotel. The excellent professional service from our travel agent was over and above outstanding. The group comprised of friends from five different countries and Taylor acted efficiently in booking all the flights including all transfers to and from the hotel. From the moment I started communication with Taylor she was so friendly and listened to what we wanted and our price range and found us a great deal at a BEAUTIFUL resort! I met Taylor in a Jamaica Resort Facebook Group. I must say initially, I was very sceptical about Taylor and her agency, Travelmation, and that her services were FREE. I was like, no way, that's too good to be true. It was TRUE. After doing my research on the organization, and Taylor sharing with me the benefits of Travelmation, we decided to allow her to plan our vacation to Breathless (Adults Only Resort). The entire process was seamless. She made reservations, payments, transportation arrangements, and everything in between was taken care of. We were celebrating our anniversary and my birthday, and upon arrival to our suite, we were greeted with banners, charcuterie boards, a slice of birthday cake and 2 bottles of champagne. Whenever I had a question or concern, Taylor responded expeditiously. I stumbled across Taylor in a travel group. She graciously messaged me and took on a challenge. I told her my significant other (s.o) and I wanted to go traveling to Europe and wanted to make the trip with airfare, hotels and transportation for less then 3k. She agreed it was possible. Travel agent Taylor earned a TEN in every respect. Our trip was amazing! Taylor went above and beyond to make sure our 50th wedding anniversary trip to Kauai was perfect. The accommodations were stellar, the views from the rooms were spectacular. And the price was actually affordable! Our flight schedules were perfect, just what we wanted. The activities were comprehensive and exhilarating. I don’t think there was anything left to see that we didn’t see in those seven days . Helicopter ride over the Nepali coast and Waimea Canyon, Sunset dinner cruise along the Nepali coast, gorgeous beaches, and plenty of time to enjoy them, independent Shaka tours of the entire island, Kayaking and snorkeling in Hanalei Bay, fabulous food and drinks, fun hiking.
