Betsy worked with us to help plan our Aruba vacation. She was patient as we changed our dates and hotel choice a few times. She provided us with several options and details on each location to select the best choice for our needs. Betsy also guided us and provided all the information needed to apply for the Aruba ED application. There were no surprises- which we truly appreciated. Our flight was scheduled for the day of the 2nd blizzard and she reached out with recommendations in case the flight was delayed or cancelled. She also provided us with a detailed itinerary and offered to assist with any additional last minute arrangements. Overall we were very pleased with Betsy’s assistance in planning our vacation- we highly recommend her! We will definitely reach out to Betsy for our next trip! Thank you Betsy!

We are blessed with a large family, we have 6 children from 21 to 9. Having a large family is a bit of a challenge when it comes to booking travel. Betsy is super helpful not only with finding the needed room(s) sizes, she is also helpful with travel dates for particular promo's going on. From memory I believe Betsy has booked 5 or more trips for us, all have been with out any issue.
We have over 50 trips to WDW in 23 years. We know the resort, well. I could book myself, But I still choose to use Betsy. That should tell you all you need to know about her expertise and service.

We had 7 full days of park hopper passes between both parks and to some that sounds overwhelming and stressful but it was amazing and Betsy played a HUGE part in making it amazing.
