For years, my wife and I have entrusted our Disney Vacay with Heather. Heather always goes above and beyond for my family and I and we are grateful and will only plan any vacation with Heather. She is accessible, knowledgeable, nice, moves mountains for us with reservations that we never thought we could get and just truly cares about people. She treats us as if we are only client and I know she provides world class service to anyone fortunate to work with her. Book any vacation with confidence with Heather. She has earned our business a million times over. Heather also planned a gender reveal on one of our trips to Magic Kingdom so she is super creative too!

Amazing spring break vacation!

Heather was absolutely amazing to work with! She was very helpful with determining which cruise ship would be best for our family based on our interests and availability. Heather took the extra time to make sure we were comfortable with everything from planning, to boarding, and completing our trip. I can’t wait to work with her again!

“we had a wonderful trip. Heather planned every detail exactly like I discussed with her. She was very responsive as we had some difficulty getting our underage children on a tour. She worked behind the scenes and solved all the issues with ease. She was very helpful with suggestions for tours that were kid friendly. Her knowledge made it very easy for our family to have a flawless vacation.”

Whenever we needed Heather’s help or support, she was always available for us! For example, we had an unplanned layover in Honolulu, Hawaii, and we called Heather to make use of this time; a day-trip was created for us to Pearl Harbor.
