Kaitlin planned an amazing 20 year anniversary trip for us to Jamaica. We had never traveled internationally and she made the trip so stress free! She was there for any questions along the way that we had. The resort that she booked us was so beautiful. She went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing trip. We can’t wait to book another trip with Kaitlin!

Change of plans!

Due to the hurricane entering St. Pete Beach, Florida when we were supposed to be arriving, we had to pivot and do something different for our girls trip. Kaitlin was on it! She had all of the solutions for canceling our Florida plans and a list of options for us to do that would fit our budget and wants. In just hours, Kaitlin had our flights changed to credits, or Florida hotel canceled, and our new Traverse City hotel booked. Not mention, a list of wineries and places to visit in Traverse City. She saved us! We couldn’t have done all of that without Kaitlin! Can’t wait to book all further trips with her from here on out!!

The roller coaster trip

Kaitlin was the best! She found us the best place to stay and so close and central to where we needed to go for the wedding. Flight, hotel, car all done. I just showed up and no problems. Then our trip got hit with an ice storm and then back home a winter snow storm. She was our rock when we were unsure what to do. She was ahead of the game and made things happen. When I needed something changed, she made it happen. I will NEVER travel again without having her as my agent! She is awesome and you will have peace of mind having her help you plan your trip. She is honest, upfront and so kind!
