Great experience, I don’t know how anyone could go to Disney without the help of an agent. Erica was incredibly helpful with planning and available during our trip when we had questions!

This was our family’s first ever trip to Disney and it couldn’t have been a better experience! There’s so many wonderful things to say regarding our trip but I’ll try to sum it up! Deciding to go to Disney was an overwhelming decision! Looking at all the social media platforms leaves you a little nervous about the entire experience! What to see, do, ride, where to eat, sleep! There’s so many details and decisions that I was unsure of right off the bat! Having Erica in our corner quickly made all those things seem so easy! I again, had anxiety about all the things even when we left for our trip still (it’s just who I am)! Upon arrival everything was seamless (even with the internet outage). Things were ready to go (even a wonderful cookie box from Erica)! We had discussed dinner and lightning lanes prior to our arrival and the process of what to do! Again, still very apprehensive but as soon as we got into the park it was like I knew what to do! We quickly became experts at booking lightning lanes and park hopping! She had set an itinerary for us to loosely follow (if we wanted) and it was a wonderful thing to have in our back pockets to help guide us through day to day. She was also very responsive to any questions we had throughout our day regarding absolutely anything! She had literally thought of everything! Erica’s knowledge of all the parks, rides, eateries, shows, etc. was top of line. When we go again I would definitely book through Erica. I will 1000% recommended her to any family and friends looking into traveling to Disney! Thank you for the most memorable family vacation!
