Erica is a dream agent :-) She is SO well prepared for every possible scenario. We had a flight cancellation that put our agenda at risk and Erica was there to help at every step.

I fought the Disney trip for years! We only conceded bc we decided to go to a concert in the area and Erica was recommended by a friend. SHE MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE. We started with all of the reasons why we didnt want to go. She bridged them ALL and then made the trip magical!!! She provided all of the choices we needed to make and took care of everything, got everything scheduled, booked and laid out for us. We just had to follow the plan. She was even on call for us as a few questions came up. I would have never signed up for all we did if she hadnt walked us through every step.

Erica did a great job coordinating our Disney cruise plans for my daughter's family and mine. She was always available to answer questions and I asked a lot! I would definitely use her for a future Disney cruise.

When We decided to take our grandchildren (ages 8 and 10) to Disney World, we must admit we had no idea where to begin. Everything was so different from our last visit in the mid 90s. However the magic began the moment we reached out out to Erica Bekerman. She listened, guided, educated and created the perfect customized plan that fit our family needs. She patiently explained technology, details about the various rides/features, helped with reservations/deadlines and provided keen insights and pointers Thanks to Erica we navigated 4 parks with ease, allowing us to share an experience of a lifetime creating incredible memories. What she gave us was priceless and invaluable yet her services are complimentary- wow!!! From our first call until we arrived home from Orlando, Erica went above and beyond. She was our fairy godmother in countless ways. We can never thank her enough or recommend her more strongly. She is beyond special!

We have now used Erica to help us plan and book Disney World, Disneyland and a Disney Cruise. We will continue to work with her many times over because she takes all the stress of me! She literally does all the work - books the reservations (including the ones that have to be booked in the middle of the night), makes the itinerary, etc. she’s absolutely wonderful to work with!

Erica did an amazing job of planning our trip to Universal! She made it so easy and was always there to answer questions!

“I am not a Disney person!” I don’t know how many times I said this line in preparation for my trip right before Christmas. I had already decided I wasn’t going to love. Thank goodness for Erica! She stepped in and her expertise turned my vacation into an AMAZING trip that the whole family loved. She really knows what she’s doing here and I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone! Her attention to detail and knowledge of every aspect of each park makes her top notch. She even made herself available during my trip for any and every question that I had. Thank you for making our trip so special.

Great experience, I don’t know how anyone could go to Disney without the help of an agent. Erica was incredibly helpful with planning and available during our trip when we had questions!

This was our family’s first ever trip to Disney and it couldn’t have been a better experience! There’s so many wonderful things to say regarding our trip but I’ll try to sum it up! Deciding to go to Disney was an overwhelming decision! Looking at all the social media platforms leaves you a little nervous about the entire experience! What to see, do, ride, where to eat, sleep! There’s so many details and decisions that I was unsure of right off the bat! Having Erica in our corner quickly made all those things seem so easy! I again, had anxiety about all the things even when we left for our trip still (it’s just who I am)! Upon arrival everything was seamless (even with the internet outage). Things were ready to go (even a wonderful cookie box from Erica)! We had discussed dinner and lightning lanes prior to our arrival and the process of what to do! Again, still very apprehensive but as soon as we got into the park it was like I knew what to do! We quickly became experts at booking lightning lanes and park hopping! She had set an itinerary for us to loosely follow (if we wanted) and it was a wonderful thing to have in our back pockets to help guide us through day to day. She was also very responsive to any questions we had throughout our day regarding absolutely anything! She had literally thought of everything! Erica’s knowledge of all the parks, rides, eateries, shows, etc. was top of line. When we go again I would definitely book through Erica. I will 1000% recommended her to any family and friends looking into traveling to Disney! Thank you for the most memorable family vacation!

Erica’s knowledge, accessibility and interest in the success of our family trip was beyond all expectation. There was no question or concern too small that Erica wouldn’t discuss and help understand and resolve.

Erica planned the most amazing trip for my family. She was organized and prompt, booking all of our meals and tickets, giving hotel advice, and insider tips and tricks. She woke up early to ensure we had the best lightning lane rides and had a special gift waiting for us our first night there. We truly couldn’t have done it without her! My family is so thankful for her help. We made the best Disney memories!

Érica is amazing! She customized our Disney trip to be exactly what we wanted, and we enjoyed every second of it! Her itinerary was super helpful as we navigated the park, and her instructions and reminders helped everything flow smoothly! I highly recommend her, and we will definitely be using her services again!

Erica made our trip to Disney our best family trip so far. We made so many wonderful memories because of her attention to detail. She walked us through the process answering every question along the way. I would recommend her to anyone looking to plan a Disney trip!! She is fantastic to work with from start to finish.

A great help months before and even during the trip!!! No questions went unanswered and it made the trip way easier!

Erica is absolutely amazing at making your Disney dream come true. She makes herself available to answer any questions, all the “must haves” and is even scoping things out for you while you are on vacation. She got up early and snagged our fast passes and reservations. We will be going back and can’t wait to work with Erica again!

Erica made our trip so much easier. Very helpful.

Erica was so helpful in finding us the perfect Disney Cruise Line cruise and answered all of my questions to help me to plan what to bring with. Both of our kids loved it and it was extra special with the Marvel Day at Sea. We're already starting to plan our next cruise and plan to have Erica help with it, too!

Erica is extremely knowledgeable about all things Disney and was able to cater our trip to our families needs! She helped us plan, and even kept in touch/helped us during our trip! She is the best!

If you want to go to Disney and take the stress, hassle, and research off your plate- look no further! Let Erica help you! Her service is free, but it’s worth a million bucks! Erica planned our first family trip to Disneyland California. She gave me all the ins and outs about hotels, restaurants, mobile ordering, rides, Lightning Lane, character meals, etc. She even makes restaurant reservations for you. She answered all my hundreds of questions and was so kind! My girls had the best time and will remember this trip for a lifetime.

I highly recommend Erica at Love the Mouse Travel! We decided about a month before Christmas to book a Christmas surprise to Disney World for our kids. Even with the time crunch-Erica helped us quickly take care of getting everything we need (restaurant reservations, hotel reservations, etc) for our family of 5. She guided us along the way-even answering questions I asked while we were at the parks! Erica is great!

Erica handled every detail and ensured that we had wonderful Harry Potter experiences. Her attention to detail is amazing. So easy to work with, quick responses and great travel knowledge. It was so nice to go on a trip and not have to worry! Highly recommend her!

Our Disney experience was wonderful because Erica helped us plan our trip's details! She planned the park visits, made breakfast, lunch, and dinner reservations of interest for us, she planned our hotel visit based on preferences and budget, and she was willing to help us navigate transportation too! This was the best service ever and my interactions with Erica led to intentional plans for our family. Thank you for making our trip magical!

I didn’t realize how much there was to Disney until I spoke to Erica. She really broke it down for us and explained all the ins and outs. We would have not done nearly as much or seen as much if not for her. She adjusted to all our needs. Was available to answer questions. And even sent a packing list!!! I highly recommend Erica!

Erica was SO incredibly helpful in planning a last-minute trip to Disneyland while we were visiting California! She took care of everything and was even available to help when we had issues with Genie+ at the park! Working with Erica was so easy. She handled all the details so that I could enjoy our vacation. I would give her more than five stars if I could! I'll be using Erica again for sure!

The Disney World trip & the Disney Cruise Erica planned for us was fabulous! She planned everything! Our resort accommodation’s, park passes, restaurant reservation’s, lightning passes & many more extra’s! She took care of all of our reservations & excursions on our Disney Cruise as well. Her attention to detail is exceptional! She’s an absolute joy to work with! Love The Mouse Travel!

Erica helped us plan a VERY last minute day at Disneyland. I knew nothing about Disneyland, so I was feeling very unprepared, but she made sure we had a great day. She helped us strategize so that we got to do everything we wanted to do. Erica loves Disney and has so much knowledge…and she really cares about making sure you have a magical time. Highly recommend using her to plan your trip!

Erica under promises and over delivers. Erica is a wonderful planner. She takes exceptional care of everything! I highly recommend Erica Bekerman! 10 stars!
