If anyone was looking for a travel agent who was equal parts planner, strategist, and guardian angel, Cassandra at Juniper Skye Travel was it. From the very beginning, she was an absolute rockstar. She was thoughtful, detail-oriented, and incredibly knowledgeable. She helped us from the kickoff calls where we planned out what kind of trip we actually wanted. She provided budget breakdowns and carefully curated options within our price range. She coordinated flights while keeping customs and connection times in mind. Every step of the way, Cassandra brought her A-game. She was truly perfect. And here is where she really earned all ten stars: our trip almost didn’t happen. We woke up at 2:30 a.m. and arrived at the airport for our early morning flight, only to be delayed due to a tire issue. Our river boat cruise down the Snake and Columbia Rivers was a great combination of relaxation, good food, great site seeing trips, and entertainment. From our initial talk of what we would like to do and when, she found us the perfect vacation. Once we decided on dates, she took care of all the arrangements with the cruise line and the airlines. She was very proactive at sending us information and even included a weather report so we could pack appropriately. We were impressed with her knowledge and willingness to get answers to all our questions. We will definitely use her for future trips.
