Not only did she find a great deal for my flights and hotel, but she also suggested I inquire with the travel booker for my cruise about further discounts there. Amazing Large Famy Vacation

Stacy was amazing to work with! She was quick to answer any questions we had or changes we needed(believe me our family needed a lot) She was ready to handle anything we threw at her. Planning a family vaca for 16 isn’t easy but Stacy made the process smooth. She is very knowledgeable with the passport process and was right there to help us when one of our members had issues with their passport. Although we didn’t get the issue resolved it wasn’t because Stacy didn’t try to do everything possible to help. Stacy was very easy to talk to and extremely friendly! We will definitely use her again and would recommend her to anyone in need of a travel agent!

The Best Trip that Could be Planned for Us!

When I reached out to Stacy Gray, I had never worked with a travel agent! I really wasn't sure what to expect. But, I wanted her to do a lot for us.
Fortunately, at no point were we ever disappointed throughout the process of planning and travelling. She had several suggestions based on good probing questions about what kind of an experience we were interested in experiencing. She shifted her thinking quickly based on our feedback and found the perfect resort for our expectations. She even went so far as to guide us toward the best accommodations within the resort for our lifestyle. And, she had an honest assessment of each activity on-site and excursions. This saved us time and money! It was the perfect trip and we quickly realized that we really hadn't had a "real" vacation in years and that what she had laid out for us was EXACTLY what we'd dreamed of and needed. We cannot wait for the opportunity to plan another trip with Stacy Gray.

A wonderful new adventure!

Going the extra mile

Stacy found us the best available stateroom on a Holland American cruise and encouraged us to add travel insurance to our package. Luckily we followed her advice. Ten days before the sail off date a family emergency struck and we had to cancel our cruise. Stacy stepped in and handled the insurance paperwork; we received a refund on our bank card in less than a week.
Prior to the cancellation, Stacy also presented us with a bag full of travel goodies to get us ready for cruise. What a thoughtful gesture!
