Nothing like tropical sunsets and ocean 'sounds'

A decade ago I made a New Year's resolution to go somewhere I've never been before. This became an annual resolution and one well kept. Over the years since, I have seen some amazing vistas, activities I never thought I would undertake, and planned some pretty complex itineraries. I also have a passion for music. Concerts and festivals quickly became the centerpiece of many of my travels. Thus 'Sounds Travel'. Feeding my passions have enriched my life beyond imagination. As my retirement years approached, I made a choice to experience the best life now rather than wait. Helping others with building life experiences has been one of the most rewarding pursuits I could have chosen.

It's a very large and diverse world out there and there's endless opportunities to experience new and exciting destinations! Whether you are going somewhere I have been, or somewhere I haven't, I'll curate an experience with the same passion as if I was going myself!

The world is a big place and it is impossible to be a destination expert across the entire planet. I have intentionally focused my training on areas I have personally experienced and know best - Cruising, Florida and the Caribbean, Alaska and the Pacific Northwest.  To that end I am certified across 30 brands and destinations featuring nine major cruise lines, a dozen destinations and another dozen hotels, resorts and theme parks. As a former analyst, the pursuit of knowledge and attention to detail are two attributes that have been my keys to success over the years. I firmly believe these will be keys in the future as well.

I am father of two and grandfather of three. I also work as a freelance music review writer and volunteer at my local animal shelter.
